My rugs went on a little side trip for a couple weeks. Hook and Loom put a trace on the free-spirited package and it arrived a few days later looking like nothing had happened (whew!). Hook and Loom followed up to make sure I did receive them. I've purchased Hook and Loom rugs before and they really hold up after a lot of washing. I'm happy to have a few more.

Hook and Loom has a wonderful selection of high quality products. There website is easy to navigate and shipping is fast. The items we ordered are beautiful and add so much to our home’s coziness.

I ordered 2 area rugs for our entryway's. They are beautiful! I put them in the dryer for 10 minutes on low to get the wrinkles from shipping out. It worked. They shrunk in the dryer (which I expected). Very happy!

My experience has always been very good, and I am grateful for that! Also it encourages me to keep on buying !

I love my new rug! It is gorgeous, easy to clean, durable for living at the beach and my dog! Quick delivery.

Love the quality of the wool and cotton. Also appreciate that some of the rugs go on sale so we can save a few dollars!

The carpet and backing were high quality, well packed and ver well priced. What’s not too like. Will for sure buy again from Hook & Loom!

Wonderful carpet. Looks great! I do need to wash it to shrink it down closer to 8x10. Delivery was quick!

Excellent quality, no toxic smells, fast shipping! Love these rugs and continue to come back for more.

Our rug is beautiful! I highly recommend trying out their swatches beforehand since the textures and colors of their rugs are quite different.

Great, high quality products at a very reasonable price. Delivery was prompt, service was very good. This is the second set of Hook and Loom products we have used. We recommend your company and products to our family and friends.

My washable rug for under my kitchen sink is perfect. Beautiful colors and seems well made. Reasonable price and free shipping clinched the deal. Thank you hookand loom.

Great Quality Rug! Easy delivery! No issues so far!!Will definitely buy products again from them.

Very pleased with wool rug. Have also ordered several cotton rugs from Hook and Loom. All are very good quality. Excellent service also.

Delivery was fast and efficient. I like the rug. It is well made and true to size. I have it under my kitchen table and chairs. There is some pilling where my feet rest on the rug. It vacuums up okay. Would have been a five rating without the pilling.
