I ordered my nikkah clothes from here and they turned out beautiful!, even better than I had expected and it fit perfectly to the measurements I had given.
I would definitely think to order again from here.

I have been ordering from Hoorain designer wear for the past three years and they have NEVER disappointed me!! The quality of the outfits and the fitting is always impeccable. The communication and keeping me updated about my order leaves me relaxed that i have left it in good hands.

Amazing quality highly recommended perfection is the word well stitched always happy that’s why I always just buy from Hoorainuk what u see u get 100 percent better.

Oh my Lord, where do I start from, their prices do not go with the material, the fabrics are so cheap and thin and it’s not even worth close to what they are selling it for, I would not recommend it at all, what you see on their website it’s not what you are going to get.

I have just received a dress which I ordered with this company after paying small fortune I was looking forward to receiving it as there was family wedding coming up. I have never felt sick to my stomach after seeing the quality ! It looks like it’s from charity shop ! I would not recommend this company to my my worst enemy even they deserve to look good

I initially ordered a kaftan but there were some stock issues so I ended up ordering a beautiful lengha. It arrived in very good time and they refunded me quickly (my original order was more). Very good communication too. I am happy with the service and will most likely return.

I wanted to order from this website when I saw they had the item in stock, but I have noticed how seriously OVERPRICED their items are compared to other sites. For example if the unstitched outfit is £25, they then charge about £80 to have it stitched and then they charge extra for the slip and scarf! Definitely a rip off, no wonder they had the item in stock! Complete profiteering. Sorry guys.

Wow what a completely absurd response. How has an order placed in 2022 got anything to do with my recent purchase?

I have have proof of emails sent by your company and have received no emails stating any return address or resolution.
Furthermore due to your company's breach under GDPR of my personal information your past response has been removed. This states it all unprofessional in every sense. If a company has no understanding of GDPR then customers should be aware that their personal details are not safe.

My bank has been phenomenal and has already resolved my issue in a professional and swift manner.

I have certainly learnt that your company not only failed on promised goods but also was in breach of my confidential information.

I had the BEST experience with Hoorain Designer Wear. It was my first time ordering formal wear online so it was pretty scary I didnt know what to expect but Hoorain Designer Wear went out of their way to make sure this was the best experience for me. Their team is extremely professional, trust worthy and will patiently listen to all your demands and try to meet them at their best. I needed 10 dresses for a wedding and living abroad it is a struggle to find formal wedding wear but Hoorain Designers literally gave me the best. The dresses are even more beautiful than the pictures. I got my dresses made in customized size and even my family was surprised at how perfectly and professionally it was stitched.

I would recommend staying in touch on watsapp and they will be there with you throughout.

Out of 10, one of my dresses was stitched a but big but they even said they would take it back and give a refund & to let them know of another dress in exchange.

I would rate my experience a 10/10. Will for sure be purchasing from them again.

This was my first time ordering from this company, and it’s been a frustrating experience. I placed the order on September 5th and didn’t receive any notice until October 1st, when I was informed the item was discontinued. The communication and customer service have been poor; it’s now been over four weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. The shipping would take forever, and I’ll never order from them again. I’ll stick to other UK-based businesses such as that offer the same branded clothing at lower affordable prices. I wish they had been upfront about running out of stock, as I needed the item for a wedding. Don’t waste your time with this overpriced shop—I’m still waiting for my full refund!

I ordered a dress from Hoorain Designer Wear.. it came on time and was absoloutley stunning just like the pictures.. i highly reccomend anyone to order their outfits from this company, they are very attentive if you message them with any queries. I will certainly be ordering again.. a very happy customer Thank you!

I ordered 2 dresses which arrived before the expected delivery date. They were made to a high standard and all my measurements was correct.
The customer services was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend this website for luxury well made clothing.
