Great contact and customer services, always keep you updated on your order. I have ordered 2 times through Sadafs collection, 1 ready to ship order and one order thats 3-6 weeks the first one came within a couple of days. Stunning quality and details and perfect true to sizing too! The outfits look as are on the website too which is rare when ordering online nowerdays! Cant wait for the 2nd order to come i can imagine it will be just as beautiful

We visited Sadaf’s Collection to find outfits for my nieces wedding. Sadaf the owner was extremely accommodating, patient, professional and personable. Sadaf spent over 3 hours with us, paying close attention to our requirements and helping us through all available options. The quality and calibre of outfits is outstanding and we walked away with 7 outfits in total. This is a testament to her expertise and advice balanced with a wide range of options for all occasions, be it mendhi, nikah, eid or party event. I would happily recommend Sadafs Collection to family and friends. Thank you Sadaf, we will see you again for sure!

From five weeks ago, I ordered my first Eid outfit on their website. After two weeks, I contacted to them by email and we had updated about my order and then they said my outfit was ready to pick up for next day. I went to the store and I had it. It was good fitting, good communicate and excellent service. For next time, I will be ordering again soon Insha’Allah 😊 🫶 💖

Made the purchase online and collected in store even though they had free delivery I just wanted to try it on to make sure I got the correct size. Very happy with everything would go to buy from them again.

I placed an order on 31st January. Had no communication. Then i was told if it doesn't arrive for eid i can get a refund. I have a wedding next week and was told on saturday it has arrived in the UK and can be shipped and if i want that to text back. I texted back and have since had no communication. I am very desperate for this outfit but the lack of communication is making it very difficult to understand and is very stressful. Absolutely appalled by the service. The war started less than a month ago and this was meant to be ready by end of feb

I received my delivery in time before Eid and I was able to wear it on my event. Very satisfied with outfit it came out exactly as I saw in pictures.

I ordered my suit 22 January, within that time the company and I communicated through live chat and they had repeatedly told me different things each time. For example, I was told my suit arrived in the UK in February, but then that it hasn’t arrived. It’s offically been over 9 weeks, when I finally called up to address this they had blamed the war. They took no responsibility for lying and caused such a problem I have no clothes for a wedding now. So disappointed

I bought a beautiful golden angharkha dress from Sadafs collection and I was not sure with the size as I usually wear XXL, but the team wrote back to me and gave me the measurements and got an XL which fits me perfectly. Love the work on the outfit and the little details on it too. Thank you so much for the beautiful dress and amazing service. Would definitely buy again in the future.

Do not order from this company. My sister and I both placed orders, and both have been delayed over five weeks despite their advertised 2 to 3 week delivery. Communication is appalling – my sister emailed in February and received a response only in March.

We were left to chase our orders with no updates, and they offered unreasonable solutions like exchanges for items we no longer need. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers. We have been inconvenienced, out of pocket, and will not be returning.

It is safer to shop elsewhere with retailers that have a better reputation for delivery and customer service.

My wife ordered over a month ago. Eid is in a few days and they’re still saying it’s not been dispatched. Complete waste of time after they kept telling her to wait wait wait. Shit service, avoid.
UPDATE: The company has flagged my review as containing illegal content, nice try. This shows how dodgy they are and what awful service they give. Please avoid these scammers
