No words! My beautiful cardigan was worth the wait. I just wish it would stop raining so I can prance around outside in it!

I am blown away at quality and beauty of my cardigan its well worth waiting for and worth every penny its absolutely beautiful and beautifully made i highly recommend anyone to treat themselves its so worth it.again im blown away how beautiful it is.

The piece was beautifully made a stunning creation! It must be mentioned tho that this a designer piece and is not therefore practical for daily use, due to it not being washable and piling of wool. Its occasional use and maintained with a brush for the piling. (Fluff build up) If you have bought for occasional use you will not be dissaopointed as its stunning! Please also be aware it is very heavy due to its dense wool. Personally I love it!

It took a long time to get the vest, which was disappointing, and I had to pay a big duty when it arrived. I also thought it would be a lovelier pink instead of the very bland pink that it is.
Oh well......

I had ordered 3 pieces and all three are super fabulous, just received them today, I am in love with them already, super chunky but also super comfy . Lots of love to Lynda and Lesley who made them . And lots of love to Hope and the entire team . Can’t wait to wear them outside… and receive lots of compliments.

Excellent thread excellent design very cozy I love it

The wool is the softest I have ever come across, the colour is as good as the photo on the website. I have wanted one of the colossal knit cardigans for a while and decided to treat myself for Christmas. The issue I have is with the fit. In all clothes I order a small and I did so this time, I’m 173cm, I don’t have exceptionally long arms but this cardigan is only just long enough. I toyed with the idea of exchanging it for the M/L but it will be expensive for the return postage and I was worried about the next size up being overly large. The problem at this price point is the expectation that it will be perfect and it’s not,

This is my third cardigan ( although hubby doesn’t know about the second one ) I love the quality and the colours. It took me a wee while to get used to the weight but just absolutely love every item. Hope the next pop up shop is Glasgow

I chased re no delivery just kept saying can't get hold of royal mail.
I have asked them to resend its only a bag and a comb th and god not an expensive cardigan.
Royal mail won't talk to me as im not sender.

Really disappointed as I wish to arrange exchange and no one has acknowledged my emails, aftercare service could be better.
