Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Bei meiner Bestellung hat die Botschaft gefehlt. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist unmöglich... Sie antworten wenn überhaupt erst nach Wochen. Seit Ende August warte ich auf Nachlieferung bzw Entschädigung... Unmöglich diese Firma. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen und ihr seid gut beraten, wenn ihr hier nichts bestellt

Placed order and got acknowledgement, but never received any email notification of shipping. Emailed several times and texted with no response. The tracking dropped off of shop.com. Don’t waste your money.

Everything went wrong, said it wouldn't tarnish, 5 weeks later started tarnishing, now 5 months later unwearable looks terrible £42 wasted on rubbish, and im still sending emails but now they completely ignore then ,wish id have read the reviews before I ordered .AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

Their system charged me twice for the same order. When I told them, they said order had already been processed. When it arrived, to let them know and they’d issue a refund address.

I’ve emailed them maybe 40-50 times and no response. They either just reply with an empty message or don’t reply at all.

Don’t waste your money!

Keine Rücksendung möglich, warte schon seit Wochen auf Rückmeldung aber da kommt einfach nichts. Schlechte Qualität zu hohen Preisen und auch schlechter Kundenservice bzw Rücksendung bisher nicht möglich.

I ordered a Guardian Angel ring in November last year when my Dad died, this snapped a few months ago and I have been going round in circles with them ever since. Promised a replacement multiple times, still nothing received.
They are scammers. Avoid!

Do not buy from this company!! Bought a ring, it cracked in half, yes in half!! Emailed them numerous times, sent pictures and was just sent around in circles by the so called "customer care". Shocking service, they should be appalled with themselves.

I ordered 3 rings in September, I am still waiting, why? I needed them for this Saturday

Do not buy from this company. I have emailed them on a number of occassions asking for a refund. They have accessed it and granted it but will not send an address to return items therefore wont get refund. 😡😡

Took forever to get here only to have arrived broken... 3 stones missing out of my sister's ring and from what I can see 2 stones missing from my ring. No response from the company.....

I have been trying for a refund for the past 2 weeks, they keep sending me back my emails and asking me the same questions. They clearly have no intention of giving ne a refund. They play mind games. They play on the minds of vulnerable customers who purchase the kind of memorial jewellery they sell!

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and they just email me back the same questions over and over. they information they asked for they already had it and I still provided it in the hopes that my refund would get process. Extremely unprofessional

Order 3 urns necklaces in June.
1 arrived broken
2 / 3 never arrived.
Now mid spet and they STILL HAVE NO5 bothered to send other or refund.
Keep sending the same email...

Ring bestellt, war als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht. Die Firma hat die in den AGB genannten Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten. Am 13.8. bestellt, am 30.8. nach zahlreichen Mails zugestellt. War aber zu spät. Ich habe die Annahme verweigert. Den Vorgang habe ich an Klarna weitergegeben. Bis jetzt hat die Firma gegenüber Klarna keine Rückgabe bestätigt. Klarna hat sich eingeschaltet. Ich hoffe ich muss nicht bezahlen. Den Ring habe ich auf jeden Fall nicht mehr. In der DHL App kann ich nachvollziehen, wann die verweigerte Annahme bei der Firma eingeht. Die Mails werden von KI beantwortet.

I ordered my Hope ring on 8-15-25 and received it on 8-29-25. I bought the “just breathe” ring for a dear friend who lost her husband at an early age to cancer. I liked the sentiment and the encouraging message so much I broke one of my cardinal rules to never purchase anything from a site I wasn’t familiar with. I feel stupid for doing something that could have turned out badly. I did so afterwards and was worried that I wouldn’t receive my order like a lot of the other reviewers. I did however receive my ring, so that part was good. And it is nice, so that’s good as well. I do think the pictures they use are misleading because the actual ring and inspirational message are much smaller than depicted in the advertisement. Also, I found the EXACT same thing on Walmart for $9.99. I paid much more! In fact, my USPS.com mail service showed the package as coming from Walmart! Do they buy in bulk and drop ship? I’m considered a senior citizen, so tech things like that are not in my “wheel house”. I have not given the ring to my friend yet but I am fairly certain that if it breaks or tarnishes, like some others have reported, I am just SOL and can blame no one but myself. Hopefully I will never again forget the “buyer beware” rule of online purchases. My advice, check Walmart first!

I bought 3 Hope Rings recently for my Daughter and both of my Granddaughters. They really loved them. The rings are very well made, and the company is helpful and nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a memorial ring for my mum's ashes it says you can get them wet had it for three weeks and it has tarnished so obviously you can't get them wet very dissatisfied

No tracking, package arrived with a personal return address in Florida. Did not want poor quality, asked for a refund and where to send merchandise back. Got run around, we are checking with logistics, finally after a week, said just send back to return address on package. Sent package. Package sent back. So, started dispute with cc co. They are the most difficult business I have ever delt with.

Requested to cancel item, they did not.

Shipped and received it, asked to start return policy. No answer, this has been a month and still vague emails back.

I do not think I will recieve a refund or refund, absolute shambles and a total scam.
