There was a weird glitch in the tracking app they use - Shop - but the Hoperings customer service was awesome and when it arrived it was perfect. Thank you!

States ring has been
delivered and it has not been delivered!! Where is my ring?
One star to leave the rating. I wish I had read the reviews before i purchased from the company! An utter con, still awaiting tracking info for my missing ring!! Unbelievable!
Disgrace!! I have purchased many times from the USA and this is the only issue with this con of a company i have had!! *Read comments elsewhere before considering purchasing from these frauds. I have opened an investigation with my bank as of this morning. My fiancé showed me hundreds of comments over the weekend, and all this company does is prey on the vulnerable and it's sickening, I couldn't believe it!! I was shocked and stunned, this is what led me to take the matter further, the other comments state a "Stephanie" it's true, all this person does is butter you up and sing you lies!

Tarnished badly after a couple of months,sorry I purchased off this company ,reviews on their website were not like the reviews elsewhere?.

£33.80. I'm going to my bank as its been over 45 days as they have just informed me.

I ordered 2 lockets and when they arrived the chain length was only 18 inches and 22 inches as stated.
I tried on numerous occasion to ask for a refund or chains of the correct length.
The emails kept bouncing back and I got no responce
I finally contacted my credit card and asked for chargeback and eventually was received a full refund

Ordered a ring from this company and it was completely out of shape and bad quality. I am trying to return for a refund and they are making it extremely difficult and also expecting you to pay the postage to return faulty goods! DO

Ordered a bracelet to be delivered as a Christmas present. Immediately recieved an email, saying it would be delayed until after Christmas. It stated I could cancel and have a full refund, I tried numerous times to try and cancel, but the email just kept bouncing back. I eventually found another email address, contacted them and I was informed I had missed the deadline for cancellation. Don't buy from this company as I feel it is a scam!

Absolute scammers!!!!! Emails only answered by automated reply. Sent what I thought was the product (late) only to open it to find nothing!!!! Just an empty box, and now not replying to emails. Ships from China not USA. Do not order

Complete scam. Claim that they are an American Company based in CA, but ship out of China. So far 24 days from order and no product. multiple emails to customer support are answered by AI Bot promisinf to "look into it" If the ring ever arrives I expect that it will be garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER,

I used express shipping, and was not notified that express shipping will take from 6 to 12 days - which is the same time for free shipping. Which is violation at the same, they are scamming on shipping payments, what more they refuse to cancel order for a refund as they claim to "procesed it" which is a lie as I can clearly see that item was not send anywhere. They just want to scam people - beware and avoid.
