I ordered 2 pairs of winter riding leggings which it advised me to order a size up so I did. I am size 10/12 usually order M in this make so ordered a large. They came back and we’re still too small. I emailed them and got no answer for 4 days then phoned them to be told I had to pay for return as they did not fit but they did not fit because I was advised by them to order the wrong size ! Very poor customer service. Will not use again

I ordered three items recently: two headcollars and an Amigo jersey cooler. The headcollars arrived very promptly, and I was notified that the Amigo cooler wasn't in stock (it was marked as in stock when I ordered it.). One of the headcollars was the wrong size (my fault, not theirs). I was given a post free label for the return - picked up from our home next day by Royal Mail. Exchange on its way within two days. That is brilliant.
It is unusual these days to be able to speak to a person easily. She was very helpful, acted promptly and followed up with emails.
Despite the delay on the cooler, which will be delivered to me shortly, my experience of dealing with Hope Valley has been very good. Their products are good and well priced.

Really prompt customer service and great communication - I had to return some riding boots that didn't fit, they were refunded immediately with no questions asked and the communication via email was great! To be fair the boots were literally tried on in the house, repackaged and returned so I had stuck to my side of the bargain, and Hope Valley had stuck to theirs.

Ordered a Mountain Horse coat (absolute bargain so that’s the first positive), then super quick despatched but unfortunately had issues with the courier. The team at Hope Valley were so quick at responding, super helpful, friendly and we got it sorted quickly. Have to say it’s the best customer service I’ve experienced from anywhere in a while!

What a great experience dealing with Hope Valley. They really went the extra mile to make sure that I got the boots I ordered, which are great. Apleaseure to deal with and great boots.

I was a bit worried about placing an order after seeing the 1* reviews but this was the only place with final stock of the discontinued boots I wanted. My experience was fantastic. They arrived within a couple of days but there was damage to the leather on the toe of one boot. I got through to customer services easily, they were lovely, just asked me to email a photo so they could confirm the damage. I sent it straight away, got a reply straight back with a free post label for the return. I ordered a replacement which also arrived in a couple of days.

I was worried that my parcel wouldn’t arrive in time as my niece is getting surprised with her loan pony ( now officially hers!) and the lovely lady who went above and beyond to get this shipped out for me was amazing and I’m very grateful! I think her name was Eve!

We went to the Somerford store today to get new helmets for myself and my partner. Myself being newer to horse riding and unsure of what i needed the staff member Kirsten was incredibly helpful and we were both able to find hats that were fitted perfectly with great friendly helpful advice. Left with a few more goodies aswell deffinetly recommend. Thank you very much Hope valley saddlery.

I ordered Ariat Vale rough leather shoes. These arrived quickly and they are so comfortable and such a quality shoe. I had been searching for a natural coloured flat shoe for winter after having damaged my ankle in an accident. I’ve ordered from others and had to return. Not these, these are awesome, I am so glad I came across Hope Valley in my search. Definitely a company I will keep an eye on. Customer service is also awesome

Exceptional customer service. Order arrived the following day, unfortunately the boots didn't fit so I had to return them but the refund was immediate, literally the day after id posted them back. The accompanying email was friendly and personal. What more could you ask for?! Would definitely use Hope Valley again and highly recommend them.

Lovely friendly staff .We went for a hat fitting and were very impressed with the range of hats available.Excellent product knowledge and we were made to feel very welcome ..Probably one of the best stocked equestrian shop we have ever visited and will certainly return

Huge shout out to Evë for going above and beyond when they didn't have one of my order items in stock.
I have a very sensitive skinned TB mare who needs soft fluffy over reach boots and Evë went and found some for us.

I would just like to say a heartfelt, thank you for all the trouble you (Amy) went to yesterday to get my daughter her boots in time for the competition this weekend.

I have just received delivery of them from a lovely cheerful delivery driver I honestly can’t thank you enough what a super service!!! You came recommend from Shires themselves and they weren’t wrong!! The most refreshing customer service experience - absolutely excellent!

I ordered a hat silk, I received very quickly but unfortunately it was faulty. I got in touch with with customer service and let them know. The service I received was fantastic, i was sent a return label, and received my replacement in no time at all.

Easy to navigate shopping experience, super pricing/stock, and excellent delivery turnaround.. very impressed.. my children love their wellies and are excited to wear them to school and nursery!
