Awful trying to get in touch with the company. I placed an order in October 2022 and paid £25 for which I have received NOTHING! I have accessed my account and it says it’s been sent but I have certainly NOT received anything! I have tried to contact the company but it is useless and no way to get in touch. Please either send my order or refund my £25 asap. Please feel free to reply to me. I have been trying to contact you for a month now!!!! Ordered the BBQ pack. Crap service
Ordered the BBQ pack, only recieved the beer, when I asked about the code for the meat I was told I had it. I forwarded the email I recieved from them to show I had not recieved the code, recieved an email back to say "this address is not monitored" despite having already spoken to someone at that address.

Poor service and nightmare of a website!
Average quality beers, poor service and nightmare of a website!
I've tried to log in to manage my account but it says I need to register. Then when I tried to register it says I'm already registered. I tried resetting my password but it sends me around in circles. I've tried e-mailing Hopsmore but they don't bother responding. As I can't locate a phone number for Hopsmore I can't call.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
