My first order. Around $100 worth. And I never got it. It's been 2 months.

What is troubling is that there is no way to contact them except the cheers@hopwater email. No one replies, tho. My money is just gone.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Pathetic company. Pathetic user experience and customer satisfaction.

The shop just does not work - links to cart are broken (do not link to actual cart). You can go there manually with a link. BUT the shop says it does not accept payment at the moment. Sign in does not sign in either.

Can't comment on the product as I was simply unable to buy it.

I love this water as a relaxing evening drink
