The staff are very responsive and friendly. Whenever I had a concern, they were quick to address it and resolve it. They took my concerns seriously and made sure I had the most comfortable stay possible.

I’ve used Horizon for 2 of my properties now and are faultless and provide a great service. I had a major issue with my 2nd property and they took control of this and produced a quick turnaround, total hassle free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone, in fact I already have 😁

I would recommend Horizon Let’s to anybody in need of a honest, hard working & knowledgeable managed agent. I reached out to Alex at Horizon to help me manage a property that I had been renting out privately. Alex ran through the model, introduced me to
his team & I came onboard without hesitation. Alex was always there to offer a helping hand, expert advice and willing to go the extra mile for no extra cost! His passion for his sector clear comes to the surface! The tenants I had in the property before Horizon took over were particularly problematic & many challenges were faced throughout. Alex took this in his stride, helped and assisted me right the way through the process of a possession. I genuinely would have really struggle without his help and support.

Throughout the years, wading through countless disengaged agents who ignore calls, refuse to act with any semblance of professionalism and generally treat you with contempt, it has been beyond a fresh breath of air to feel appreciated and cared for. Feel very stable and can enjoy my home knowing I am nestled into the bosom of the horizon family.

Been renting with Chris for about 2 years now super helpful landlord whenever I have a problem it’s sorted as soon as possible which is great when you are busy with work and kids one less thing to worry about. Highly recommended!

Stayed in horizon lets property for 5 years, never had any issues, the landlord was on point with everything in terms or repairs, payments etc , Chris is a great landlord , down to earth and understanding with any queries we had, always happy to help.
