Prompt delivery, and handled the cycle to work scheme admin without any issues. The bike arrived with a minor ding to paintwork, they free issued touch up paint. Great communication. Would recommend.

You were complaining about the tyre quality and then said that you wanted a new scooter. We asked for photos of the faulty tyre yet you haven't sent any?
