Slower service/delivery than buying from Americana equivalent companies and products are of a lower quality for the same money. Used it for a day, then ordered a replacement from Horus and have not used it since, in fact, no idea where it is.

Wasnât going to review this company but as Iâve just received an email asking for one, here goes. Complete lack of customer service. Maximum wait time. Incorrect tracking number. Emails left unanswered. When I finally got the strap it was the wrong colour. Returned and asked for a refund. Waited weeks, again with no response to my emails. As I paid via Amazon pay I got them involved and got my refund through them. Avoid.
Drop Shipping Company - Zero customer service and Orders come from China
I made an order on 7th September for two straps, after a week I emailed asking for an update on the order as was yet to a shipping confirmation but there was no response to this email. 20th September i receive shipping confirmation stating that the expected delivery isnt until October 10th as the product is coming from China. This falls outside of the shipping policy stating 'up to 21 business days' which i have asked to cancel the order and receive a refund which waiting again for a response. Very unprofessional company even for a drop shipping company.

Ordered an item on 19 August and still havenât received the product. No responses to emails (the only way to contact). Was given a delivery tracking link a week ago and itâs invalid.
Update - received my order after one month and they sent the wrong colour. Very unhappy!

Awful service - do not purchase!
I had to wait a very long time for the delivery of the products, which when I checked on the website advised it can take up to 15 business days. Fortunately it arrived on the final day within that period. I ordered the white strap and blue strap for the Uranus MoonSwatch and I am extremely disappointed. When selecting the product it gives the option of the colour clasp/buckle you would like to select, I chose gold and was sent silver. The blue strap looks absolutely ridiculous with the blue on the watch and doesn't match at all. On the images on the website and on social media platforms it looks like the perfect match but it's actually more of a lilac. Iâve emailed customer services multiple times but get an undelivered notification to say the email address doesn't exist. I've sent 3 DM's on Instagram and received no response. I want my money back, I no longer want the blue strap and I will not purchase from this awful service again.
