Bonjour, je vous contacte également ici car par mail vous ne me répondais pas je vous ai commandé un bracelet pour une montre oméga Swatch. Mission Mars blanche et rouge. À ce jour je n’ai toujours pas reçu le bracelet dans la commande a été passé le 26 juin 2023 à ce jour. Aucune réponse de votre part aucun colis reçu. Peut-être qu’avec ce message j’aurai enfin une réponse. Ou un remboursement merci

Really happy with my new strap. It works perfectly with my new Mission to mars and even came with a tool to change the straps.

Would highly recommend!

Paid £35 for a rubber strap expecting it to be a "premium" item. Took ages to arrive and the item was sent from China and was even in the original packaging with Chinese writing everywhere. I could have bought the same strap for around £12-£15 if I was willing to order directly from China. Messaged via the website asking how to return the item but never heard back. This looks a lot like drop shipping disguised as a legitimate business. The company try wriggle out of any bad reviews by stating they “haven’t received any communication “ - this is a complete lie, perhaps they should check their spam - it’s what they tell their customers to do.

I ordered two straps from HorologyWrists recently for my partner and myself as we just got out hands on the moonswatches. I have Jupiter and he has mercury so we decided to go for a cream and black strap respective and we are both so happy with our new straps and how they look & feel with our watches! It makes wearing our moonswatch more comfortable and the new strap also looks way more stylish than the strap that originally comes with the moonswatch. Straps came fast and were easy to attach on to the watch, 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking to personalise and make their moonswatch purchase an even better one ;)

Amazing strap, really comfortable. Have had loads of people ask where it’s from. I feel a bit bad as I’m now wearing my Moonswatch more than my speedy due to the strap (and can’t be bothered to switch) people giving 1 star for slow deliveries is shocking. It’s clearly a small business. Get your head out the proverbial.

Length of time for delivery of the strap and still not received the ‘glass’ protectors!!

Ordered through the website on 12 February and sent several polite reminders via email and Instagram DM to query where my order is. No response received even though they continue to post Instagram stories.

Ordered a strap from the site and it was really easy to pay with Apple Pay. I got a quick order confirmation. Could have been some mistake with my tracking number so I reached out to the team. They were super helpful and found my order and followed up to make sure it arrived, which it did.

The strap was really nice and had an exclusive feel. Included were extra pins and a tool to change the strap, which was a HUGE +.

Overall happy and would order again.

Superb Product&Fantastic Service.
Bought the Orange strap with the white stripe for my Omega X Swatch 'Uranus' model.
The strap completely transforms the watch, is A1 Quality and more comfortable than the Original velcro strap.
The Orange&White strap against the Sky Blue&White watch face work wonderfully together & brightens the overall appearance of the watch100%.
Other sites offer similar straps but are more expensive and most don't have the same Quality Stainless Steel Buckle.
Absolutely Faultless.

Wasn’t happy with the rubbish strap that you get with the omega swatch and found this website. Every step of the process was amazing. Ordering was easy, the support from James was great, and the product was better than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an Omega x Swatch strap and great service throughout. Product looks great and compliments the watch perfectly (so much better than the Velcro straps that they come with). Strap also comes with a handy little kit to fit it to the watch which was an unexpected bonus. James at Horologwrists was super helpful at all times so thanks for that too. Have another one due soon! Highly recommended.
