I loved it as it is really lightweight and very easy to hang on to. My mum used it and she has arthritis and struggles with most of the sprayers but she really liked this one also. Winner winner.

Once I purchased a range of Hoselink products some years ago, I have not needed to keep coming back. My hose reel cover had weathered and I thought it would be wise to replace it to protect the reel from the elements. The ordering and delivery process was easy, cost effective and timely. Good job.

Hoselink, definitely lives up to their word. An amazing product (hi-flow 25m retractable hose reel) super strong as suggested, waters brilliantly, have every faith this product will last beyond what other brands claim to do. I did quite a lot of research before purchasing my Hoselink reel and while there are cheaper versions on the market they don't have the same value for money. The ease of operation, the solid fittings and housing, and the practical application of the features make it a winner. IN addition the delivery was prompt and the items well packaged.

I bought hoselink years ago from nerang markets. The little pins (locking mechanism) that hold the two green sections together broke after 6 months in the Queensland sun. The connectors worked well up on till that point. When I contacted hoselink they said they never sold hoselink at the Nerang/Carrara markets. Which is a lie. I bought it off the older man who does the adds and owns the company in 2002

My self and several friends are sick of FIXING Spray guns the trigger sticks and wont shut the water off, fix it as video shows then reuse only to find within a few uses the same thing happens, the trigger sticks and water will not stop.
We have had the newer type metal guns (4 of) purchased over the first series.
The original plastic type were the better ones, then they were changed to these trouble sum ones. Quiet frustrating.
Are you prepared replace these faulty guns.

Am staggered how Hoselink gets all these great reviews because I would rate them probably the worst quality on the market.
Literally, every product (hose reels, connections etc) from them have leaked like a sieve and/or broken in 2 months.
Sure they replaced them all but just keep having the same issues over and over.

After seeing all the slick advertising we dived fully into the Hoselink family and to be honest I am really disappointed. As other people have mentioned, it is not compatible with a lot of other garden tools. Additionally, contrary to all the advertising , their connections leak as much, if not more, than the competitors. I have 3 watering gun attachments- all leak so badly that I am soaked after using them. DO NOT BUY.

It's true! Nothing leaks, nothing bursts, it is easy to install and everything just works.

Connections are great however poor qualtity spray gun
The hose link system of connections are better than excellent, but I have found on both the front and back yard spray guns, the bushranger 2200 series, have split in the same area,( about a week apart ) at the very top, allowing the water to spray upwards towards you. This indicates to me that it may look like a good quality product but beware it is actually a poor quality product. This has to be an ongoing problem with them. I cannot believe that I am the only person with this problem as it looks like a manufacturing fault.




The Retractable HoseReel is absolutely bombproof, and mechanisms work like a dream. The aesthetic design is streamlined and doesn't look out of place in my modern garden.

The myriad of hose attachments that I have bought, are all of durable construction, and perform extremely well.

The Blaster attachment provides a great compact pressure-washing capability that helps to clean pavements, the house and windows and dirty tooling.

I couldn't be more complimentary of the quality and breadth of the Hoselink products and will certainly be purchasing more of the range for my own large garden, but also for friends and family.

From the online shop right through to installation, my experience was AWESOME. Easy to navigate online portal, plenty of payment options and super fast shipping.

I even run my house through to the basement so that I can pressure wash and it didn't leak a single drop!

We live on a reasonably sized block of land. For years we have used run-of-the-mill hoses to water our gardens and lawns. At each corner of the house lived a coiled up mess of hoses. Cracked, tangled, kinked; you know what I'm talking about. We've had various hose reels, hangers and connectors over the years in the attempt to keep our hoses tidy, accessible and in good condition.
Finally after years of thinking about it and convincing myself that it's not worth the money, I ordered two retractable Hoselink hoses with connectors. After only a few weeks I can say that watering is quicker, easier and my hoses now look immaculate. The fittings are strong and the hoses very good quality. Although it seemed expensive, I have spent more over the years on less durable hoses. Very happy with our purchase.

After years of trying to wash the car with hoses which keep twisting and refuse to stay straight it was absolute bliss to use our new Hoselink hose. It's also a pleasure to be able to retract the hose automatically rather than have to do it manually and get dirty, gritty hands and also dirt on your clothes when the hose twists off the reel while trying to wind it onto the hose reel.
Very happy to recommend Hoselink hoses.
