Customer service was excellent. Response was prompt and very helpful.
The product looks to be of good quality and doesn't leak. I like how the hose connects in the middle and doesn't stick out like so many other reels. It allows the hose to wind consistently without a bump on one side.
I don't know how another reviewer claimed that the sides of the winder are sharp. This is simply not the case.
My only complaint is with the wall anchor hardware that is provided. I ended up drilling 9/16" holes in my studs until I found a video that said those anchors are only for concrete! For a residential handyman who rarely works with concrete, that simply wasn't obvious and the instructions need to point that out. That cost 1 star on this review. Fortunately I had some 3" lag bolts and washers which allowed me to continue the installation without a trip to the hardware store.

Had an issue with a broken hose and customer service was phenomenal! Sent pics and they warranted it just as they said they would and sent us a new one right out!

Liked the maintenance procedure given. It definitely picks up dirt with a rag when reeling in to prevent dirt build up in mechanism.

Very poor service paid for a wall mounted washer + Bracket + cover. Washer came within 1 week cover came 5 weeks later. 9 weeks on now and still no bracket. Very Poor communication. In fact very hard to contact and no communication from them . I’m getting worried if this thing ever breaks think I’m stuffed. Would like a refund for bracket I never received.

I recently purchased a retractable hose and a splitter for the tap. Set the hose pipe up, wasn't over yet moon with the quality but it does the job. However I wasn't impressed with the tap splitter at all and went to send it back.

The customer service is atrocious, you send an email, you get an automated AI reply. I have sent pictures and explanations to customer service numerous times, as there is absolutely no information or process on their website. You've no idea if a human will ever read your message as the wording of the AI reply implies that they have satisfied your enquiry. You have to pay extra for "GT CARE" which I assume you will then be prioritised, you shouldn't have to pay for basic customer support. Making it so difficult to return an unwanted item doesn't ring "trustworthy".

If you buy their products and it turns up and you like it you'll be fine. If you want to return anything, good luck. I've been trying for five days to find out how/where to do this, which is our legal right under UK law to no avail.

Update: I have now received a reply to my email in which I have been told that as I have to pay £11 for a return postage label for a small box. (The item I am sending back was £17). Absolutely ridiculous.

Placed an order over a month ago. No sign of it yet. Emailed, sent messages on live chat, Instagram and WhatsApp. No reply. Currently an hour waiting for someone to connect to live chat. Very disappointed because the machine itself is great, I ordered two covers for it. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a nightmare.

I have purchased several products from this company. I'm having trouble getting anyone to respond with fixing or replacing the product. I finally had to file a claim with the credit card company. The product doesn't work.

Purchased a wall mounted pressure washer after 20 mins of use the motor started smoking and no longer works.
No response from customer services via telephone, email or online contact form. Unable to send product back, so ive contacted the bank to raise a dispute which could take 6 - 8 weeks to get a refund.
