Location was perfect lovely an clean 👌 comfy beds . Garden was perfect because we had nice weather sat an had a few drinks in the evening coffee in a morning . Quite a small living area with big furniture and glass coffee table an dining table so if you have children could have a few accidents lots of steps to cottage and parking is a bit of a walk but it is whitby

The cottage was cosy, clean and in a great location.
The only downside of our stay was parking close by.

Amazing location and lovely home. Nice and clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again. Simple booking process and always happy to respond.

Accommodation was very good, the kitchen had all you could wish for, the beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet.
The village of Salt house has a lovely pub, shell fish cafe, and shop, it has good access to a pebble beach and marshes, where you can walk for miles. Our dog loved it.

Sunny Dale cottage was well presented and very comfortable. Location was the key to many shops and dining opportunities as well as distance from tourist attractions.
Tran and coffee along with milk was much appreciated but lack of other staples such as salt and pepper or sauces was unexpected.
Overall an excellent stay has been had.

Lovely property and fantastic location in the centre of Saltburn. Very well thought out inside and outside.Huge kitchen and living room that makes you feel at home.

Our stay was cosy./very quaint a little smaller than looked in the photos to be truthfull.the bedrooms were clean tidy with onsuit in each which we enjoyed..nice and central to all amenaties tho.
Town/sea/walks.boat rides.open top bus tour.
Bus stop yards away which we used..👍..
Hosts were easy to access to any queries we had.polite and helpful.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful overnight stay at Saltburn House Hotel recently. I wish to give the hotel a five star rating for numerous reasons. The building itself on approach looks impressive and the location is perfectly situated close to the town and overlooking the cliffs/sea. Upon arrival a welcoming member of staff promptly checked us in and explained breakfast times, a side door entrance should we arrive back late on the evening and front entrance be locked etc.
The room number 10 was spacious and clean, tea making facilities available and the shower was powerful. Room 10 was overlooking the front and could catch a glimpse of the sea.
Breakfast was top notch and we ordered the full English. Cereals etc available too as well as alternatives to order. The guy serving is lovely and friendly. The breakfast room was large, high ceiling and light . Everywhere is clean.
Location is great for immediate seafront strolling . Just a few minute walk behind the hotel is the town.
Car park is available at the rear for a few cars.
We went out for the evening in the town however the live music and bingo was at the hotel. The singer sounded amazing we caught a glimpse in the bar before heading into town.
I would recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting the beautiful Saltburn by Sea. We used booking com and was simple to book and we received email updates from the hotel of where to ho on arrival that was extremely helpful.

Accommodation was so well equipped both in the kitchen and in the lounge were throws, games, jigsaws, etc. A lot of thought has gone into it. Beautiful property. Two double rooms, both en suite. Very cosy and toastie warm.
Individual packets of teabags, coffee, sugar and milk which is a thoughtful touch so at least you can have a cuppa on arrival.
Lovely clean, crisp and fresh bedding and towels. Could not fault it.

Brilliant location amenities at property excellent free parking will definitely be booking again

The location of Harbour Den is just perfect, right in the heart of Whitby within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.
The apartment has everything you need for a few days away. I highly recommend this property.

Great space for couples. Great location right at the bottom of the hill opposite the pub. Two great pubs nearby and a great souvenir shop that also sells all convenience supplies. Would definately stay here again!

First time using host and stay but on the whole not a bad exoerience, Sent messages regularly. There was a misunderstanding about checking in and out times which was dealt with and confirmed by Melanie quickly. Thanks for that,

Location of the accommodation was excellent - half way up to the cathedral and castle and half way down to the high street so you got the best of both worlds. Property was well equipped with dish washer, washing machine and drying rack. Only downside was the lack of storage. No closets or dressers to put clothes in and the bathroom/shower was quite tight which didn't bother me but was more problematic for my husband. Would stay there again
