I like roulette when the site doesn’t lag. I asked where to find limits and support pointed me there without wasting time, while I kept the stakes low and the session stayed relaxed.

I spent less than an hour on your mobile site, and my battery went from 70% to 20%. My device heated up as well, which never happens on other sites. It's clear whatever you’re running in the background is consuming a ton of resources. It makes your site completely unusable if I want to spend any real amount of time on it.

I tried to login on mobile while having an active session on the desktop casino app, and it logged me out of both. Support said the casino doesnt allow simultaneous sessions, which is not the case with other casinos.

I set a weekly deposit limit of 100 euros and it changed itself to unlimited. I didn't do anything. This is a serious issue regarding responsible gaming. If players set limits the casino has to respect those limits, not let them disappear randomly. Lost my trust after this.

I've asked support to close my account twice. Both times, they said it was done, but I still get promo emails and can still log in. Seems like they are making it difficult on purpose to keep their customers.

Do not use! 1st deposit went thru straight away but 2nd is pending..rang my bank and said they have took it and gone thru, I contacted them on live chat and they say I have to wait 7 business days for it to show?!! Absolute worst online casino I've tried. Website looks amateurish and "vibe coded" at best. Games are boring and just badly designed; yet they have so many which makes it even worst. The worst part is even though they claim that their slots are optimized for the "highest win rate guarantee" I've never see such low RTP (and tried quite a few of their slots)... It's literally impossible to win anything that's remotely worth anything, the website is just a money grab, and I 100% don't trust any reviews that claim the opposite. I forgot my password and asked for a reset link. I tried twice to request it, but I never got the email. I had to reach out to support, and wait a day for them to reset it manually. This should be an automated process, and it completely failed.

Review: I won 34,000 HUF at Goldbet.io / Goldbetapp.com, but they refused to pay, claiming a “duplicate account” without any proof, I even made a 4,600 HUF deposit via Revolut, which was refunded, proving I never abused the system. This feels like a tactic to avoid paying players. Be very careful before depositing here. I will update this review if the case is resolved.

I got a promo code from an email and I tried to put it in at checkout, but it said it was invalid. I talked to support and they told me the promo expired yestarday. Why do they send emails with codes that expired?!@ It is a waste of time when trying to deposit with a bonus.

I have having unusual trouble with a SSL Certificate on a specific domain. Normally they apply fine but this one just wouldn't go through to any browser. Sent a support ticket and James from Technical Support got back to me within 10 minutes and fixed it his end.
