Excellent service from Juul IT Hosting, went above and beyond to set up a dedicated server on a new game, Soulmask, at my request. Ready for launch day with no delay or problems on my side. No issues with the server itself and support is prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.

I've had little to no issues, and any issues I did come across was from user error and juul quickly helped me to figure out my issue and get me back to playing my favorite games

Was using a different hosting company that is a pretty large company and having massive lag issues and including other server owners yet they didn't do anything to help. Switched over to Juulit on a free trial and will never go back to the other company. They helped me transfer everything over and while the game Palworld was still having issues with memory leak Juulit increased everyone's RAM until the game gets fixed. Top Notch Customer support and service!!

Great hosting service, gave us a free trial, Very friendly, helped me through changing settings at the start.
Server ran great the whole time, very few little lags here and there.
