Their customer service is absolutely great. They take pride in their response time and my first time seeking help, I was truly surprised at how fast the response time was. I love this company and I plan to stay with them for a long time. I definitely recommend. (To add on, if you have any questions and you feel a bit stupid, they explain things so well, it is amazing.)

We have been using HostingBot for over a year now. They host our critical infrastructure as well as some development environments in their Ashburn, VA location.

We have had tremendous success with their services. Their network is peak quality and their staff are helpful when needed.

We have had maybe 1 issue in the entirety of hosting with HostingBot. A customer's faulty hardware had brought down the rack PDU we were in, but it was resolved within an hour and we were back online. I heavily enjoy seeing my Proxmox nodes at above 100 days uptime (minus scheduled maintenance of course!)

Overall, would 100% recommend HostingBot. Their colocation/dedicated services are by far the best I've encountered, and at good prices.

I’ve been with The Hosting Bot for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. After switching from another colocation provider, the transition was seamless. Bringing in my IP blocks was quick and hassle-free, and their uptime has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing business with them for many years to come.

Have had two colocated servers in Dallas and Ashburn for a year already. Tim has been very good with support and helping me on many things. Would totally recommend it. He works hard day and night to respond. His prices are also super competitive with other hosting providers. I've rented hundreds of servers from other providers before, but service wise, Tim comes in the top with his personal service and very high uptime. Peering, latency, data center cooling are all very up to standard. He deals very good and has been one of the most accommodating providers I've done business with. Recommended!

I love the services of this hosting, it is something cheap from the competition, The processors that some sell are fast, the support is very fast, I would recommend buying here for xeons

I have been with hosting bot for a couple of years on and off and they have great uptime and amazing customer support. I get responses in tickets from 2-10 minutes depending on the time, and they always resolve my issue quickly.

As for the vps', they have an automatic setup process which means your vps is setup in less than 5 minutes after you have purchased. Never had any issues, they provide a setup guide for windows server as well and the value for money is great.

They give great performance, double ram deals, really good offers and overall great service. I would recommend hosting bot 10/10 times, they deserve more than 5 stars.

I used the 9-dollar plan located in Dallas. It's really fast and well-priced. I highly recommend Hosting Bot, LLC because it has fast support in the Discord Server and are very helpful.

Originally, we agreed to a deal with HostingBot where we would be able to colocate to their data center at no cost until the beginning of the next year and only need to pay $50/month if we were to get a customer at our full-service cost ($85/mo).

After being removed from the support discord, our server was deracked and shut off the network access in the middle of doing something. Then, we were contacted and told to pay $85 for the deracking of the server (against our choice) and packing of the server in a box. We paid the bill as soon as possible, but to our surprise, we were put in a queue while they took 7 days to find a box to put our server in and ship the server out.

Once the server was picked up finally from the data center. We were promptly banned from the site and billing panel.

There services are amazing and I got a VPS for my discord bot, Best thing I ever did! There services are easy to use etc. The owner doesn't mind if you dm him/her for help and the staff help/tickets they respond within hours to minutes!

My experience with this company has been nothing but GREAT! They are really caring and affordable! Tim was the employee that helped me and I never seen someone care so much about what they do! I highly recommend checking out this company and seeing what they got to offer!

Their excellent service and low prices can't be matched by any other VPS company! I have used their services for several months and have had no complaints.

I just bought hosting vps for my bot, The host is really fast and everything is advanced there I recommend it

Don't know what that kid is on about below, but have had nothing but fast support and HQ hardware. The staff helped me for over 3 hours with an issue until it was fully resolved. If you are looking for HQ servers, these guys our your best deal not to mention fire prices. Mad respect!

Their custom service is absolutely amazing, they are all very friendly and more then happy to help you with whatever your issue is. 5 stars isn’t enough.
