Fantastic experience start to finish. Great prices too, has saved me over £100 a year. So nice to deal with a human being who actually cares, especially after coming from the soulless, money-hungry Go Daddy 😂

I rang James at Hostingmatters and instantly knew that they were a good company to deal with.
He explained in simple terms what they could do for our company, and then went on to deliver exactly what we needed.
Within a few hours our domain, website and emails were migrated to Hostingmatters, with James staying in contact all through the process to keep us updated and answer any questions.
There was no hard-sell, the (very reasonable) package price included migration of our website and email data, SSL cert, and domain registration, and most importantly, a real person at the end of a phone or email who went the extra mile - support like this is priceless - I recommend them!

James at HM was 100% Amazing, helpful and expedient when my 'then' web hosting service (Extendnet) went off-line without warning. All email traffic ceased and the my website was returning a 404 - Server not found message. They provided no communication on the problem or expected outage period of outage - Nothing for 3 full days. Then a notice posted it was down for maintenance. James managed to recover my domain, and set up new emails all within 24 hours of my reaching out for help. James then recovered my website and within 48 hours everything is working again. In addition to removing the stress of the whole situation I found an excellent new support service that includes a phone contact with a real person ready, able and willing to assist. Cannot recommend highly enough.
