Host service is good. Flat rate is fake. That is one time discount only.

Host service is good.
However please take care of flat rate offer. There is no flat rate. They are offering one time offer under the name of Flat Rate.

This is support team's answer to me.
Yes, it is a flat discount as we are running a promotion currently. So the renewal cost is set up as per the regular price. I'll request you contact on renewal next time, so we'll get the discount ongoing offer applied that time.

Badest experience ever

Badest experience ever.
DB Mysql import not work, switch from france to US server works.
MSSQL import on US server don´t work old version from server version
After 5 days i cancel this hoster.
Now waiting for refund.

I was worried about moving my sites to someone else because my previous host had a terrible customer service. I believed that maybe this would be a problem if I moved too another host. But Hostripples has friendly and highly skilled support agents that answer your support tickets and solve your issue. They care for there customers.
