Custom duties and "Correos España" charges
I am not happy at all about the final experience buying in USA. Due to the current "special" relationship between governments of both countries, I must to pay the import duties and the administration of these duties, which "Correos España" requieres customers to pay, as the Spanish Customs and "Correos España" work together to prevent users from paying duties directly. These are not issues with Hot Chocolate, but they do have a negative impact on the overall experience. The final price is higher than the cost of ordering it through Amazon.
