Great shoes!
Great, speedy shipping. Amazing shoes. They're always so cute. Not as comfy as your old worn-in tennis shoes, but enough to wear for a day without pain. The first time I wear a pair, I'll add a bandage to prevent blisters, but the second time, they've shaped to my feet. I love how they have so many designs and I always get a million compliments!

Sole quality questionable
Love the shoes, shipping and pricing are great. However, first day wearing shoes and the bottom soles are already unsticking. I was so disappointed because the shoes are soooo cute but the quality was not the best on the first wear.

I'm hooked
I initially ordered my usual size but found they were to lose on my feet. The return process was simple and quick. I ordered a replacement in the right size and I'm IN LOVE. I typically can't find cute shoes. I need a wide toe box, but have a pretty narrow heel.

I bought 2 shoes from Hot Chocolate
I bought 2 shoes from Hot Chocolate. 1 is the mary jane design which is truly comfortable and the other is a sandals like a platform sandals but that didn't work out for me . I developed painful blisters on my feet and am not wearing them anymore :( i wrote to the customer service and still am pending for a reply

Unique And Comfortable
i love my Monarch Butterfly Sneakers, they didn't take much time at all to break in. So comfortable to wear and very stylish. I own several pairs of Hot Chocolate Design shoes and I'm always getting compliments when I wear them. I just wish the prices weren't quite so high.
