Als Hotel mit 63 Zimmern in München empfangen wir regelmäßig Firmengruppen sowie Veranstaltungen und Meetings. Seit der Einführung des HotelFriend PMS ist die Verwaltung von Gruppenreservierungen und die Planung von Veranstaltungen deutlich einfacher geworden. Besonders die Function Sheets helfen uns dabei, alle Veranstaltungsdetails zentral im System zu dokumentieren und abteilungsübergreifend zu teilen das verbessert die Abstimmung im Team und macht unsere täglichen Abläufe deutlich effizienter.

Die Software ist intuitiv, zuverlässig und hilft uns, Buchungen, Zimmerverfügbarkeit und Gästemanagement zentral zu steuern. Besonders gefällt mir der schnelle Support und die Flexibilität, die auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist.

I really like this PMS; the system has all the essential products and options for customizations. We wanted to optimize our invoices, and it was easy to do with HotelFriend. Also, we were looking for extra reports that are essential for our hotels, and it was only possible to do so with HotelFriend. No other PMS that we talked with was able to do it. We are really satisfied with this provider!
