Ich bin bereits seit den Zeiten von Puh Hosting Kunde und war durchgehend begeistert. Hosmatic überzeugt mit exzellentem Service, hoher Qualität und einem stets hilfsbereiten Support-Team. Probleme traten nur sehr selten auf, und selbst dann wurde immer schnell und zuverlässig geholfen. Vielen Dank für die großartige Zeit – ihr werdet mir fehlen!

I’ve been using Hosmatic since the early days, back when they were still called Puh-Hosting. At that time, their focus was primarily on providing free webspace to everyone -- and while it wasn’t perfect (occasional uptime and login issues), it was functional and came with Plesk and no forced ads, which made it an attractive option.

I was a customer from around 2020 and even tried their VPS offerings for a while, but the price-to-performance ratio was terrible. Compared to providers like Datalix or Contabo, the hardware and specs Hosmatic offers -- especially on their VPS plans -- just don’t make sense. For example, their cheapest VPS plan gives you just 1 GB RAM, 10 GB NVMe storage, and 1 TB traffic, without backups. Meanwhile, Datalix offers 6 GB ECC RAM, 40 GB RAID1 NVMe, 5 TB traffic, and backups included -- for roughly the same or even lower price.

Around 2022/2022, they rebranded under Hosmatic and around 2023/2024 eventually the option to get a free webspace entirely. On the 1st of May 2025 they discontinued the free webspaces entirely. Around a month before charging existing users, they sent out an email informing everyone that what used to be free would now be billed. I appreciated the heads-up and the new pricing itself wasn’t unreasonable -- but to be honest, I was only sticking around because it was free.

Support-wise, I never had issues -- their team was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out.

But overall, the product quality and pricing today feel more like Nitrado -- overpriced for what’s being offered, with no clear advantage over countless other hosting providers in the market.

In summary: It started off promising, but over time became hard to justify. Unless Hosmatic seriously reconsiders its pricing model and begins offering something more competitive, I can't recommend them. That said, I’d be open to giving them another chance in the future -- if they get their act together

Ich war früher bei PuhHosting dabei – da war noch alles geil. Seit der Übernahme durch Hosmatic geht es leider nur noch bergab. Ständige Ausfälle, immer mehr Produkte verschwinden, die Website lädt gefühlt ewig und Support gibt’s praktisch nicht mehr. Auf Anfragen wird nicht reagiert und im Discord ist absolut nichts los. Sehr schade, was daraus geworden ist. Aktuell absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Also, pass auf: Bei denen gibt's ständig Probleme. Ich meine, gefühlt jeden Monat hast du irgendwelche Ausfälle. Die Website ist auch super langsam, das nervt total, wenn du da was machen willst.

Ich hab sogar extra auf der Gamescom mit denen geredet und gesagt, wie sie ein paar Dinge verbessern könnten – aber passiert ist seitdem gar nichts.

Und schau dir mal an, was die überhaupt noch anbieten! Echt wenig nur noch: Rootserver, Mailserver, Webhosting und Domains. Denk dran, früher hatten die viel mehr im Sortiment, wie Storage Server, Discord Bots, Minecraft Server oder Datenbanken.

Du siehst irgendwie, wie die Firma immer kleiner wird und es bergab geht.

Ich nutze Hosmatic jetzt schon seit Mitte 2023 und bin absolut begeistert! Preis Leistung ist absolut perfekt, die Services funktionieren immer hervorragend und wenn mal Fragen da sind, dann ist der Support immer zur Stelle mit ihrem sehr kompetenten und professionellen Team!

Hosmatic ist ein guter Server Hoster, mit guter Qualität und gutem Support.

Die Preis-Leistung bei Hosmatic ist überzeugend.
Besonders positiv finde ich die Entwicklung des Angebots im Laufe der Zeit - man merkt, dass hier kontinuierlich an Verbesserungen gearbeitet wird.
Hervorzuheben ist außerdem der Support, welcher sowohl auf dem Discord-Server, als auch im Ticket-System schnell und kompetent weiterhilft.

Ich bin nun seit über einem Jahr Kunde bei Hosmatic und könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Die Plattform überzeugt durch eine bemerkenswerte Zuverlässigkeit – Probleme sind nahezu nicht existent. Besonders beeindruckend sind die vielseitigen Systeme, die Hosmatic bietet, wie z.B. die Spendenfunktion, die Account-Verknüpfung, das Affiliate-Programm sowie die Anpassung aller erdenklichen Details. Diese Tools sind hervorragend durchdacht und intuitiv zu bedienen. Man spürt deutlich, wie viel Engagement und Sorgfalt in die Entwicklung dieser Funktionen investiert wurden. Der Kundenservice ist zudem erstklassig und reagiert stets prompt und kompetent. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität und Support legen.

Günstig oder sogar gratis und gute Leistung. Ich hatte einige Zeit bei Hosmatic eine IPv6-only VM und diese hat wunderbar funktioniert. Des Weiteren habe ich jetzt dort ein E-Mail Postfach, welches sie gratis anbieten. Bis jetzt hatte ich damit überhaupt keine Probleme. Ein KYC war für die E-Mails allerdings erforderlich.

Ein sehr guter und kompetenter Hoster zu günstigen Preisen.
Helfen auch gut bei Problemen.

Cheapest VPS provider I could find. I've been using it for a few months, never had any issues. You get 1 IPv4 & 1 IPv6 address, 1 GB RAM, 10GB NVME and 1TB bandwidth for less than 2€ a month. Perfect for multiple smaller websites. I can also recommend the bigger packages, like the KVM-A31, 4GB RAM and 50GB storage for 4.95 a month, perfect for small game servers (For running larger game servers, I wouldn't recommend any provider with limited bandwidth.)
