This company is really a scam. Account gets blocked for 24 hours every few days without any explanations. You create a request on their website, same automated reply to all requests. Completely useless, don't subscribe to their services, stay away.

Application is frequently gatinf stuck and picture quality is very worst. I have taken 3 months subscription but now I feel it is not worth full 😕. Not happy

When I search any colours serial it does not show in the list . Worst app after collaboration with colours app. It was nice before when jio cinema was there where we watch silently all serials but u all make worst . Sometimes serial does not load .In middle of like Aug or sep Oct some serial was gayab from this app whenever I search they show no result . Serial like karmphal data shani,ek shringhaar swabhimaan ,balika vadhu s1,ashoka samarat,kasam also some serials are still kot showing. Worst collab I have ever shown

SCAM company. Took our payment somehow when we were looking to sign up to Disney, completely different and no way to cancel.

Too many ads after 2 to 3 mins in every serial it's very irritating please change this style or pattern. It's OK of having 1 ad but 3 to 4 ads in a minute it's very irritating .It feels we are watching ads more than the show .

The customer service is so bad. They stole my money through my credit card. I already confirm to disney side and they said they did not get the payment. I have sent the receipt but they don't want to be responsible for this matter. I can not join the disney app. Please for the disney subscribers be careful with your data in disney.

If I could give negative stars then I would have given -10. My complaint regarding a critical service issue has unfortunately remained unresolved by the Hotstar support team. Throughout my communication with them, there was a discernible lack of intent to provide effective assistance for my problem.

After waiting four days for a resolution, I requested a refund due to the persistent service failure. To my surprise, the support team did not possess accurate information regarding my payment method. Furthermore, I was subsequently asked to provide bank statements for payment confirmation. This request raises significant concerns about data security and trust, especially when the platform itself does not appear to have my correct account details on record.

This entire experience has been highly unsatisfactory and deeply concerning.
