Very professional from enquiry through to installation. The team were so knowledgeable, helped us select the best product with no upsell. The product is great - I would highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience from the start of looking to buy a Hot Tub to installation. We arrived at show room and were met and introduced to Claire, there was no hard sell, no pushing us to make a purchase just honest and open advice and help, having decided on the one we wanted to purchase a date was agreed for installation as you can imagine once you leave the showroom you remember lots of questions you should have asked, numerous calls later with all our questions answered clearly and patiently we are now proud Hot tub owners. The installation was quick and pain-free with instructions given clearly and foolproof, we couldn't be happier with the whole service provided and just wish we had done this 10 years ago.
