Communication with this company is really good. I had a number of queries which Isla responded to very quickly. A date for the work (tap replacement) was given a few days hence. Tim turned up exactly when stated - personable, friendly and competent. He explained what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve been using HARNCE Heating and Plumbing for services on our boiler for a few years now and this time was just as good as always! A prompt efficient service by a very competent engineer Tim.

We contacted this company for some urgent, unforeseen, work during building work on our house.
What a delight they are to deal with! From first contact they were very positive and completed the work the same day. The fitter (Tim) was efficient and very personable.

Just had an annual service of my oil fired boiler. It’s the first time I’ve used HARNCE. It was excellent service from making a phone call to the completion of the service and making the payment. The communications throughout were outstanding.

We had a difficult issue with a tenant in a leasehold property with a non- functioning shower in Stoke on Trent. This was a difficult and priority issue for us and HARNCE managed to sort it out for us at 3 days notice: efficiently, and with their 5 star technical plumbing experience.
We have used HARNCE since we moved to Lichfield 3 years ago, and have relied on them both for routine annual work and the occasional emergency need we have encountered at our own property in Lichfield. HARNCE have always been 5 star and more, both in terms of technical plumbing skills, business administration and financial probity.

The engineer who came out was extremely professional, polite, and did an outstanding job fixing the issue. The quality of the work was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently.

We called Harnce Heating after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. They came out and fixed our water leak and we were so impressed with their service that we asked for a new boiler quote. Quote was competitive and choice was offered so we went ahead and thrilled with their new boiler and will also now go ahead and purchase a maintenance plan with them. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them They are transparent with their explanations, quotes and attend when they say they will. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and honestly if you are in need of a central heating company then these are the ones to contact.

This was a toilet replacement. Harnce's engineer Neil installed a new close coupled toilet replacement in half a day in a small downstairs WC. The installation by Neil was trouble free and efficient and the old system was removed efficiently, all with no household disruption. A friendly service from a local firm

We had a heating and plumbing survey done by Neil for a new house we are purchasing, I dealt with Shelley to book our appointment and she got us in so quickly and we got our certificate the same day! Brilliant company, will be staying with them for the foreseeable future :)

We contacted Harnce after we had tried several other local plumbing and heating companies all of which told us parts were not available. Neil came for a site visit, provided written quote a day or so later. Communication was excellent, accepting quote easy to scheduling work to it actullay being carried out. They basically did what they said they would and did it well. Very pleased with them and would definitely recommend.
