We have had our Hot tub for just over 2 months, we are over the moon! Hot Tub Master were fantastic from start to finish keeping us informed throughout , and delivery lads were very helpful as it wasn't the easiest location to site the tub.
if you are looking for Hot Tub I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Hot Tub Master. Ordered the Valor 2 at end of Nov and it was delivered and installed two weeks before xmas. The installation guys were great. They went through all the features of the hot tub and answered any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Hot Tub Master.

We bought our new hot tub fromHot tub master earlier this year. Great comms with telesales team. Great price. Very patient with delivery as our garden took longer than expected to landscape. Now delivered still enjoying it 2 or 3 times a week even in January😎😀👌🥇

We have been very happy with the support, installation and advice given for our hot tub. We did have a problem with the heating element but this was resolved quickly and we use the tub every day. Money well spent if you ask me! thanks.

We looked for a while and read a lot of reviews before buying this hot tub. I was a little worrie dthere were not enough jets but the whole experience has been great. The price was one of the best we found and the service was brilliant including the pre delivery advise.

We recently bought a blue whale spa, as a company they were very efficient and really helped with my numerous questions as this was new to me. I feel they really set me up with everything i needed and the correct information for everything even the electrician, I cannot recommend them enough. Thankyou we LOVE our spa 👍😊

Very happy I chose to go with Hot Tub Masters as they have been brilliant from beginning to end.
The Hot tub team were really helpful in helping me select the right tub from their large selection, pointing out what deals they had on so that I could select the best option for me.
Not only that but their lead times we much better than anywhere else!
The have communicated and helpfully reminded me so that I had all the pre installation works and paper work filled out.
The hot tub was delivered and installed on schedule and I have been enjoying it stress free since then.

The service from Blue Whale Spa has been great from help deciding on the spa itself to delivery and installation. Pre delivery checks were well done to plan for any challenges with getting the spa up to the house. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient. The spa is great and we couldn’t be happier

Excellent hot tub at a great price, this was our first venture into owning a 'real' hot tub after owning several of the inflatable kind. The actual quality of the product is what I expected and I have had no problems with operation. there is quite alot to take in upon installation regarding water care and the filtration system and the instruction manual could be a little clearer. The pre delivery service, installation and after care service are second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending the hot tub and Hot Tub Master
