Sam was brilliant
Despite experiencing a few issues during the install, Sam went out of his way to put everything right and make sure we were happy with the end result. Great customer service and really appreciated the effort and communication throughout by Sam.

Great service and highly recommended
Delivery was slightly later than scheduled but the team where friendly and hardworking. The hot tub was well protected and moved into place without any problems. It took some time to fill due to its size (5 person)and slightly low water pressure. The guys stayed for 3 hours until the tub was filled, wired up and working. They explained the controls and set up the blue tooth on my phone. Great service and highly recommended. Just got to dispose of all the packing and palette.

Excellant service start to finish…
Dealt with Sam who helped me pick the right tub for my requirements, he was so helpful and knowledgable and not at all pushy.
Had a little wait as I ordered in a busy period (only 3 weeks). Sam stayed in contact.
Jamie was our delivery driver, what a lovely friendly guy and a total machine made it look easy.
Professional service from start to finish.

My hot tub was delivered today, I was given an accurate time slot, delivery men were really friendly & helpful going out of the way to move things for me and tidy any wrapping away. Very informative & knowledgeable making sure I was comfortable with using the settings.
The whole process was easy from the WhatsApp messages when buying which were always replied to quickly, very helpful to make sure I had everything I needed. The information pre delivered was easy to follow and informative. I cannot express enough how happy I am.

Cant thank the team enough
Cant thank the team enough! My purchase was a bit of a whim and I found wild water spas online, hundreds of miles from where I live but I thought i'd give a call to see if my thoughts of the ideal hot tub were right etc. Next thing I know i'd purchased a great deal and although based some way away they have install engineers all over the UK. There was in no way any pushy sales from who I delt with (Sam) but his enthusiasm and knowledge instantly makes you feel comfortable (it was more me jumping to put down a deposit than he asking).. The service post deposit, prior/during install, and now post, has been excellent (superb!).. Getting a hot tub is all about chillout time and relaxation and this co has reflected that from first contact to ongoing check-ins and advice.. If you're looking for a hot tub, this is a company that i'd recommend to the full = thanks Wild Water Spas, we couldn't be happier with the decision to go with you!

Great company
After reading many reviews decided would order from wild water spas over other competitors.
Extremely happy I did , great communication and advice , delivery drivers Qasim and his team were friendly , professional and happy to answer questions … even after they had left .
Unfortunately we had a couple of missing parts that wasn’t delivered with the tub , no fault of the company but within 48 hours these were replaced and even delivered by a second engineer on a Saturday who took time to explain the workings of the tub once again…
If you want peace of mind when investing money into a hot tub I would highly recommend this company! we are left with happy kids who love there new bath in the garden a real quality item many thanks to Sam and the staff at wildwater spas.

Great company to deal with - great price hot tub and very good quality. Took about 2 weeks from order to delivery for me, the guys that installed were super friendly and gave advice on which way it should face etc. Very happy and the hot tub is a great addition to the garden just as the sun has arrived. Sam was so very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
Dan and Liam who delivered the hot tub on behalf of Wild Water were helpful. The only negative is that we have to dispose of the packaging and cardboard.
We are looking forward to using our tub of the first time this weekend.

Could not have made a worse decision to…
Could not have made a worse decision to buy a Thermals spa from these people. Have been never ending trouble since it arrived - literally from the moment the truck arrived. Not the size advertised, constant faults, leaks, poor workmanship and the worst warranty and customer service I have ever experienced. How about 11.30 pm for a warranty visit! Not convenient - well tough. 2 years on this hot tub is still causing issues but the email spam trying to get you to pay more and more never ceases. Stay away - you have been warned.
