We had a great experience with Torus Surveyors. The booking process was easy and quick, with them liaising directly with our estate agent to organise. Our surveyor Stephen provided us with a telephone update same day and the report was provided the next day. He has also been very helpful on our follow up questions. We would recommend this company to others.

Torus were very competively charged and the report was very in depth. Andrew Johnson was the surveyor and he called me after the visit to discuss the report. He was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Brilliant service from Torus. Plenty of communication all handled professionally and politely. A courtesy call was provided on the day of the survey, which was hugely welcomed as this is a big milestone in any purchase. The report was received the following day and very thorough. Our vendor even commented on how lovely the survey team were. Highly recommend!
