Landview Surveyors レビュー

Great customer service with good communication, and a very thorough survey. Highly recommend

Very slow, taking ever long to arrange a survey.
The worse still, there is no paper report, saying paperless office.
What kind of company is that, I wonder.
Certainly not recommendable!

The survey was booked in relatively quickly, the price was the best I could find and the report is really detailed.

Very efficient and professional service from start to finish. Fully informed throughout the process and the end product was thorough and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

We asked Landview to complete a Level 3 survey on a house we are looking to buy. Communication from the start was great- Olivia made everything easy from getting the quote and booking the visit to updating us on the report. It did take longer than some other providers to get the report back, but Thomas provided us with a thorough report within the set time. We would recommend Landview.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The survey report was extremely detailed and thorough, with everything clearly explained. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, very accommodating for the situation we found ourselves in and the report was very thorough. Defo will recommend and use again

The whole process was efficient and the survey was carried out on time, with the report produced quicker than promised. The report (level 3) was comprehensive with excellent photos. The only minor error is that the EPC result was incorrect as it related to an old assessment.
Overall a good service I would use again if I could ever summon up the energy needed to go through the trauma of another house move!

We were really pleased with a quick and thorough service.

Found Landview surveyors on a comparison website. Admittedly, they weren't the cheapest but had, by far, the best reviews.

And I can see why.

Throughout our journey with them, we were treated to excellent communication and customer service. The final survey report arrived promptly and was extremely thorough plus easy to read.
Would certainly recommend this company.

Highly recommend . Olivia was helpful and friendly throughout.

100% recommend Landview Surveyors, quick and no hidden fees.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided. Communication throughout was good, and the surveyor was professional, helpful and responsive.

One minor point was that the electric consumer unit and water stop tap were not initially located, and I feel a little more effort could perhaps have been made to identify them during the inspection. However, when I subsequently provided photographs and certificates, the surveyor was very accommodating and updated the report accordingly. He also offered to return to the property if necessary, which I appreciated.

Overall, I found the service professional, flexible and easy to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.

We worked with Rachael right from quoting, scheduling and getting the report perspective, and she was just amazing , highly responsive, professional and flexible to our needs.
Rachael worked directly with agents to schedule the L3 Survey at the earliest possible, and even accommodated a last minute cancellation.
Coming to the report, James Bonnett report was eye opening , excellent attention to details that we did not know goes into the report with images, findings and recommendations. We had out ROI 1000% from the report. We couldnt have asked for more

Quick booking, friendly surveyor who will give you a call to discuss the findings, keep you updated, amazing service. Highly recommended 👌

From start to finish Landview Surveyors offered a great service. They were highly communicative in terms of dates and managing expectations. They kept in touch to update us on each step of the process. The level 3 RICS survey was delivered on time and to a very high standard. We were very impressed by the quality of the report and how thorough the surveyor was, it was very useful for us with key information about our purchase. Would recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Landview Surveyors. Olivia was incredibly helpful on the phone and kept me updated with excellent email communication throughout the process.

The survey was carried out promptly, and I really appreciated being able to book a 20-minute telephone consultation afterwards. It gave me the opportunity to ask questions and made sure I fully understood the survey report.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to reassure me. The whole process was professional, efficient, and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Landview Surveyors to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable property survey.

Landview was easy tho book and the survey was very comprehensive providing great detail. I would recommend the company to others considering purchasing property.

We used Landview for two surveys and were really impressed with them both times. The booking system is easy to navigate, surveys were arranged quickly, communication was great and the reports were very thorough. Special mention to Sarah, who took the time to call me to discuss the survey and gave us some invaluable advice. Definitely recommend!

A very thorough level 3 report which helped us understand potential issues.
