HOUSE OF ENKI レビュー

Great customer support and very quick delivery

I ordered a thermostatic bath/shower mixer tap about midday on Saturday and it arrived perhaps 175 miles away late Sunday morning.
I’m pleased with the product and impressed with the speed of delivery, especially given that this was well into a weekend shortly before Christmas and there are postal strikes going on.
Top marks!

Quick and simple purchase process - quality product at a great price.

Order came very quickly. Product was exactly right. Spot on

Found what I needed quickly and received it promptly and was kept informed all through the process.

I would like to say thank you and acknowledge the high standard of customer service from this company. I order a shower and bath tap set from them. Unfortunately there was a fault with the taps. Their communication was flawless, incredibly understanding and polite. I was offered a refund on the taps upon returning them. I kept the shower part. This refund has been issued on the day that the taps arrived back with them. Understandably, sometimes mass produced products are faulty, and I was unlucky that mine was one of them. Thank you House of Enki, I will absolutely order from you again.

Great shower head, delivered promptly and in good condition.

The shower valve is perfect fit which replaces my 8 year old one. As novice diyer I managed to fit it myself in no time, hope it last as long as the last one. It was delivered on time, and it is exactly as said in description.

Good product. Quick delivery. No fitting instructions which even for a professional would have helped with one particular element.
