The staff are kind and considerate

The place was clean and fresh. Very professional. Extremely informative how to manage keeping my ears clean. Not to use abrasive drops. Which I had done and my ears were very flaky and itchy.

Good experience

Wonderful staff everyone was so friendly. The appointment was easy to make, time and date to suit. It took 2 appointments to complete the wax removal but there was no charge for the 2nd appointment.
Thank you to everyone at House of Hearing.

Very pleasant service by Claire.

Very pleasant service by Claire.
Surgery clean and well equipped.
Both ears syringed but, despite a return visit , I am not convinced that either ear is completely clear.

Great Service

Great service. My ear wax was dealt with quickly and I felt no discomfort at all. I was able to hear clearly within 20 mins of my appointment.

Highly informed staff and gorgeous facilities

Very professional service. Gorgeous Edinburgh location, the facilities felt luxurious. The hearing nurse guided me throughout the process, explaining everything in detail. The appointment was quicker than expected too. It is pricy, but you get top of the class service in return so can't complain :)

David, my audiologist, was most helpful. he provided clear concise answers to all my questions. Have a very thorough check-up. At the end, I can hear in stereo again. He is a top professional! and expert in his field. Goes without saying, recommended.
