Clear my blocked ear no problem.

I needed an ear syringe as I had a blockage in one ear. Despite not being a regular customer I managed to get an appointment at short notice. The staff were excellent and cleared the blockage very successfully.

Excellent with person with dementia.

I was a very anxious tourist whose hearing aid broke. I turned up unannounced and they were able to fix it ( replace the receiver within 20 mins) I was incredibly grateful.

After a couple of years struggling with hearing aids that were not helping my hearing loss I decided to go to House of Hearing in Edinburgh. My audiologist, Stuart Lyness, could not have been more helpful. The treatment and information given was excellent and really helped me. It was really useful for my wife too as she was able to experience what my hearing loss sounds like so gave her a better understanding of what it’s like. Looking forward to having better hearing in a couple of weeks.

This was the best audiology experience I have had in the 15 years that I have needed hearing aids. There was no pressure to buy a new pair of hearing aids, they are providing a service package for the hearing aids I already have, which just needed adjusting. Every other place I have tried simply refused to provide this type of service and just wanted to sell me a new pair (not cheap). I was made to feel welcome with everything being explained. When I do need new hearing aids there is only one place I shall be visiting! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Helpful and clear information. Very helpful professional staff

I attended House of Hearing having been advised by the NHS Audio Department in Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, that it was necessary for ear wax to be removed. After examination, I was told there was no need for ear wax to be removed. I was taken aback but accepted the situation though dissatisfied with the outcome.

My appointment was in Barnet with Mary Levy. First time I've had micro suction. Mary explained process. It was quick. Not unpleasant. Mary was lovely

Excellent service from Ashley and the team at Lichfield Branch. Ashley was very honest and extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer expert advice in choosing the right hearing aids for my mum.

I have restricted mobility and in communications before my treatment great consideration was taken to ensure access to the clinic was achievable. The young lady who carried out the procedure was friendly and informative.

When I was on vacation in Edinburgh tracing my Scottish roots, I needed urgent help for my hearing aid. Both the receptionist and the audiologist could not have been more helpful. A deeply buried dome and wax filter were retrieved and replaced all at no charge. I was overwhelmed with appreciation. I wish I could say the same would happen in the USA. Thank you to both of you. I apologize for forgetting your names.

Was well attended too and the nurse was caring and gentle. Getting the suction made such a difference and enabled me to enjoy my holiday.
