We had been looking for a replacement coffee table for months, When we found the House of Isabella site and their extensive range we found the exact table we were looking for. Emailed Jenny a number of times to clarify the details and then placed an order. The table was delivered to our house in Perth within 4 days and the delivery service they use was exceptional. The packaging was excellent, fully protected with in foam and cardboard boxes and strapped to a pallet.
It arrived in perfect condition and the product is exactly as described on their web site.
Will certainly use them again.

So after the whole issue of the wrong product and exchanging I finally got my voucher working and ordered some items. No tracking no- nothing. So when I follow up with them they asked what is your order / tracking number. I explained I don’t have one as it wasn’t sent to me. I then requested they call me and provided the full name and address attached to my order. No reply as of today. I am starting to think this company could be a scam and would urge anyone to think carefully about placing your hard earned money into their hands. I am contacting the police tomorrow as the promises and emails are just not up to a commercial standard. Very concerning. Also I number to contact them and they won’t call you !! Many other great companies out there that respond and deliver

Great service and postage was quick and well packaged. I wanted a large square rattan tray for our ottoman and the best value and product was at your store. It’s perfect for our spot. Sadly a lot of your negative reviews seem to be for another international business which can be misleading.

Do not use this company, you will regret it if you do.
I placed an order with House of Isabella on 24th May 2026 for the following product: Apollo LED 3m x 3m Square Rotating Cantilever Parasol With Base -
I paid £449.00 in full because I was led to believe it was a quality product which I would receive within 7-10 days. Despite countless promises and assurances of delivery dates I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
House of Isabella blame their courier service AIT and then the customer for their own incompetence.
Their Customer Service is via email and response times are slow and staff are rude and dismissive. Their Operations Director is accusing me of lying about attempted deliveries despite having Ring film footage of the days in question. Despite numerous requests to return my £449.00 they have failed to do so. They have now asked TRUSTPILOT to remove my review on basis that it isn’t genuine.
