To clarify, you submitted a price match request prior to placing your order, and we initially responded right away informing you that unfortunately we were unable to honor the requested price, as proceeding with that pricing would result in a negative financial margin for our business. This information was clearly provided before your purchase was completed.

You also enquired about stock availability and delivery details, and our team responded to all questions and provided the requested information prior to dispatch.

Once the order was dispatched, tracking details were provided accordingly. Please note that courier tracking updates are managed by the courier and often require depot scanning before movement appears online. Unfortunately, this timing is outside of our control.

After dispatch, we understand you contacted the courier directly regarding cancellation. As advised, once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to immediately stop or recall the parcel while it remains in transit. However, we confirmed that we are happy to assist with the return process once the item is officially returned to our warehouse by the courier.

Throughout this process, our team continued responding to your emails and provided updates and clarification as quickly as possible.

As a small business, reviews such as this have a significant impact on us, and we kindly ask you to reconsider or update your review based on the full circumstances surrounding the order and communication provided.

We’re really sorry for your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been.

There was an unexpected delay from our supplier in confirming stock, and unfortunately, when our inventory was checked, the item was found to be damaged and not suitable to send out. We sincerely apologise for the delay in communicating this to you.

On the other hand, your order has been fully refunded, and you should see the funds returned shortly depending on your bank’s processing time.

We truly appreciate your patience and are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
