We love the customer service this site offers in compared with others.
It provides us with a confidence that we can call if we need to have a question answered etc; if we cannot get in touch with a potential Housesit opportunity. And the service is incredibly responsive especially from Milly or Victoria.
We nightly recommend to all.

I’m very happy to have chosen the housesittting company for my trip to NZ. As a sitter, I have found the process to be so clear and safe. There are real people checking up who you are so this can be as safe as possible which is a very important thing for me. I have met Milly over zoom and she has been so helpful and warm. I’m very excited to get on with the whole process!

Very easy company to deal with and quick to respond to my request. Next time around I would probably wait a little longer for more applications. Overall we were very Impressed and would definitely use them again

Hardly ever an opportunity during a four-month period

Quick, great communication and marvelous housesitter. Like that a sitters are police checked. Housesitter - great communication, clean and tidy and returned to a bunch of things fixed, lawn mowed and weeds gone. Consistently good experiences with them

It was simple and straight forward to join and we found some great house sitters. Also quite cost effective compared to other sites. I recommend this site.

I was very impressed by the service I received. I had a call not long after I signed up asking if I had any questions. I did find the process of picking a house sitter quite cumbersome but that is probably just me!
One week before our holiday our house sitter had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The company very quickly contacted me to arrange someone else, which was a seamless process.

Very straightforward process. We got what we needed with minimal fuss- a reliable & honest house/pet sitter!

I have found the Housesitting Company to be very professional. I was really happy with the Housesit that I did. I was able to stay in a beautiful home with an adorable dog during my time in New Zealand.
