Very well organised good communication and reasonable pricing

WORST SERVICE EVER!
This company does not listen or acknowledge their customers concerns but are busy covering their sitters wrong doing, lies. Sitter was hardly home to be with our dog. With excuses of forgetting medicine at home as told by the office lady Milly who has the worst customer service experience. Bigson, the sitter told me he went out for a bit as he had skin allergy but Milly had a different story to justify Bigson. When we hired this sitter,(my son, a doctor, interviewed him, he was told by Bigson he took this opportunity to study in peace and quiet and would be around our dog during the day and night. But once he started, we came to know he had a full time 7am-7pm job. Our dogs feeding time went from between 6pm-6.30pm to 7.30pm. When quieried,
office lady Milly supported Bigson. They dont have any recordings of the interview, yet they only listen their sitters. I told them my son has a totally different version of the interview but no, they are always right. This lady iMlly yells and screams at you and not prepared to listen to anything you say. We decided to pull out as no point having a sitter who is hardly there. I was told the her boss will call me on Monday to discuss. The owner send an email covering the Sitters lies and only offered to refund half of our money. We booked for 20days and the sitter was there for 3days (hardly, there) with condition being: no arguments or there will be NIL refund. I bet they will come back with more excuses covering their sitter on this review. Very hard to communicate. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!

Very good and gave peace of mind

The company made it so easy! For someone who is not computer savvy, only had a week to find a house sitter, they nursed me through and made it stress free and simple. Many thanks

The Housesitting Company has been very good to deal with. We have had good housesitters who have looked after the house and our dogs and we come back to a clean house. Our dogs are old and need extra care with medications and the housesitters did a great job.

It is too expensive, especially because none of the money goes to the housesitter. If you add a fish, the price increases significantly, despite the work being the same. It's cheaper to buy new fish. In saying that, our housesitter was great.

The only reason I have removed my subscription is that you are not paid for the house sit- it is a contract where you get to stay rent free and care for someone’s house and pet. So it’s a non monetary win-win.

I did a 9 hour day time house sit which was lovely. Knowing it was through a company that does background checks made me feel safe.

Communication is great - always pleasant and timely. Charges compare with similar companies. I sit for them and have used sitters provided by them. You can rely on their processes to find a sitter you will be happy with.

I like the promptness in changing things like filters, I like that we are kept up to date with offers of sits and good followup after applying.

Communication was excellent. Questionnaire very useful for purring together information for the sitters.
Our pet was very happy and healthy when we got home due to the excellent care provided
