HORRIBLE. The product is cheap and looks nothing like it is pictured on line. Customer service is responsive but totally AI generated. No refund received.
STAY CLEAR if this totally fraudulent business. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I am glad you at reading this and can save your money for a reputable and good product.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor, and don’t buy a single item from them!! This company is a scam. The shoes they sent, were at least 1 size too small and were the cheapest made shoes I have ever seen. When I tried to return them, their “simple, hassle free returns”, which is what their website says, is nothing but simple. Here is their response…
“ Please note that all returns must be sent to our Turkey address, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Because international return fees can be high, we also offer alternatives that may be easier for you:
• Option 1 — Keep the shoes + receive an instant 20% refund.
You won’t need to ship them back, and we’ll refund 20% of what you paid.
• Option 2 — Free replacement (you only pay discounted shipping).
Keep your current pair, and we’ll send a replacement of your choice. Standard shipping is $19.99, but with a 25% discount, it’s $14.99.
• Option 3 — Choose a different item for only $14.99.
Pick any item from our store, pay just the discounted shipping, and if it costs more than your original order, you only pay the difference.
Please let us know which option works best, and we’ll take care of it promptly.”

It was a bait and switch experience for me. I was so excited about the shoes I saw on this site. They were exactly what I was looking for. And the price was great, but then I get an email saying my order was delayed and it would take 7-10 business days from the date of the message. However, they came earlier. When I opened the bag I was confused because the shoes on the site looked like they had a nice weight to them. When I pulled them out, they felt like paper. I didn't recognize them and thought maybe they were another order that I had and possible forgot. Then I saw the delivery confirmation from them and was shocked. The shoes where made of faux leather or something in that category, there was no support as promised and they were too small. I'm trying to get my money back. ---12/12/25 - as of this date, I had to file a dispute with my CC company in order to get my money back. I had several email discussions with this company's A.I. customer service. They did not try to make it right. They wanted me to send the items back which they clearly stated would cost just as much if not more than the shoes!! I requested they send their return label. But they dont do that. And then tried to offer me a 30% then 50% refund once I returned them! Thank goodness for CC protection!! I will be donating the shoes. They were also the wrong size.

I used my AmEx Return Protection benefit to get my money back as all other reasonable attempts to get my refund received ridiculous responses from their "customer service"

I saw Houston Ridge website on Facebook. I saw a pair of shoes that I just loved & just had to have them. I should've read the reviews before I bought them. After doing research, I see that the company address is listed 6844 Bardstown Rd # 635, Louisville, KY, 40291, United States; however, I knew this was a lie when I was checking the tracking status, the order was not coming from the US. It also took almost 2 weeks to get the shoes, which was another red flag. The shoes came in my mailbox which was another indicator that I had been misled. The package was very light to be a pair of booties (boots). The shoes look like they were made of syrofoam. The shoe didn't look like the picture on the website because the heel was tan instead of blue. The shoe didn't fit, even though I ordered a half size too big. This is the poorest quality of anything I've ever ordered. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I immediately requested a refund. I have sent 3 refund requests already, but I still haven't gotten a response & of course, when you try to call them: you get no answer. I will be taking other actions, since it's been more than 48 hours since I requested multiple refunds. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

This company is a total SCAM! I placed an order on 10/15/2025 and received an email with a "tracking number" on 10/17. The tracking information showed that my order had not even been picked up. I sent three emails on 10/28, 11/6 and 11/9 requesting a refund. All of the replies said "we're sorry the shipment is delayed" and REFUSED to issue a refund. The website looked legitimate but I should have read the online reviews before I ordered!! I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Hopefully, this fraudulent company and website gets shut down soon!
I was contemplating ordering from this company and noted they are in U.S. then I scrolled down and noticed their LLC and website is recent, 2025. Not a good sign. Third thing I did was check Trustpilot...and I'm here to give a shout out to you who posted because I would have been next. Don't forget to post with BBB as well! Use Paypal or another 3rd party when possible as they have some assurances. Never give them your credit card unless you can get fraud refund. This company will shut down and reopen as something else, so stay alert, and always post!
Not a legit company. Everything on the website is misleading and false (from materials used to the business address). No communication after the initial email saying that the order went through.
Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company. Purchased item with “30 day guarantee”, item is of poor quality with styrofoam soles on the shoes. After several attempts, I was able to get customer service to return my request for refund. They provided options and when I selected full refund, they explained that I would need to ship items to Turkey and it may be more expensive than the item was to buy. Absolutely, do not buy from this company!

Poor quality and shoes are way smaller than the size shoukd be
They are worse than shoes you would get at market . I have asked for a refund but they demand you pay shipping despite being the wrong sizing and no where near the quality advertised. One pair even had one shoe smaller than the other . They are a scam , don’t buy
I ordered a Soren Suede Jacket (XXL) on October 14, 2025, after seeing an ad on Google and visiting their website, which lists the company at 6844 Bardstown Rd, #635, Louisville, KY 40291, United States.
After placing my order, I received an email confirmation and eventually got the jacket on 10/30/2025 — but that’s where the problems started. The package felt unusually light for suede. When I opened it, the tag said 4XL, yet the jacket looked more like an adult Large. The quality was terrible, nothing like genuine suede.
I tried contacting their customer service at 1 (800) 916-4254, but the recording said no one is available and to email instead — no response so far.
Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The product is not as advertised, the sizing is way off, and there’s no real customer support. Would not recommend this company.
