Houzime レビュー

Oh my word…..wish I had read all these other reviews before ordering from this company.
Still waiting for my order and despite, emailing, messaging and trying to call, no one bothers to reply. They were quick enough to take my money.
Do not buy from this company!
Wouldn’t give 1 star but no option for zero stars.

Like everyone else here. Suckered into buying the cheap shitty plastic toilet roll holders. I should have used trust pilot first.

Lesson learnt.

utter crap and waste of money.

My sheep toilet holders have still has not turned up after a couple of weeks. The reviews below indicate they may turn up eventually. The tracking data says the sheep arw being shipped from china . My wife says it is always important to google and check the individual trustpilot reviews. I should have listened to her and time i will only order via amazon if i do not ordered from the seller before and not order just because the sheep looked fun in a facebook advert

Like others, I ordered the "sheep toilet roll" novelty, thinking it was a set of 3, not just one. £14.95 for a couple of pieces of cheap plastic is a rip-off in anyone's book. I emailed requesting a return as part of their advertised money back policy, so far nothing received back. Avoid them - Amazon does the 3 pack for roughly the same price.

I would give zero if possible, scam site, crap products. Don't buy from them !

I specifically bought from Houzime as it appeared to be a local UK company and I wanted to shop locally even though it was a bit more expensive than Amazon. My item was then shipped from China, so not local at all!

I ordered the "3D Sheep Toilet Roll Holders" which gave the impression of 3 toilet roll holders from the main picture on their website, but when it arrived, it was a single cheap & nasty plastic toilet roll holder.

So I ended up paying more for a single (cheap and nasty plastic) toilet roll holder than I would have paid for 3 via Amazon (and returns are easy with Amazon!). I know where I am going next time!

They claim +9465 happy customers on Trustpilot. I can only see 4 other reviews on Trustpilot, mine being the 5th, for Houzime, so that sounds like a made up stat!

Appeared to be a UK-based family business, shipping from the UK, but the order shipped from China. Product did arrive eventually, but it took weeks.

Piece of junk shipped from China. Do not buy from them!

Unhappy with my order, not value for money. Have emailed on a number of occassions seeking to return and get a refund but no response.

A scam site.
I bought something from this site. Paid the money. They delivered the wrong product. Now there is no way to get hold of them.
Their site says they have 9000 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, but I can only see my review!
Don't waste your time or money
