Hi whilst on holiday in Thailand

Hi whilst on holiday in Thailand, I dropped my Hoverair into the sea which caused unrepairable damage. I contacted Iris from customer services, who was very helpful and understood my concern. They sent me a replacement at a very reasonable price so I didn’t need to buy the complete kit.
Hoverair could have very easily bumped up the price for a replacement, which they didn’t.
The Hoverair is such a fantastic and unique product which folds away into your pocket and once set, flies itself, and I am looking forward to using it again on my next holiday.
Highly recommended

Iris has been very helpful in processing my Indiegogo HoverAir AQUA purchase, she understands the urgency and I had managed to recieve the product before my trip to Taiwan and Okinawa, currently tested in Taiwan (not touched water yet), can't wait to use it with sea sports when I am in Okinawa. The HoverAir support staff were a dream…

The HoverAir support staff were a dream to work with. They (Robin, and Iris) were always prompt, courteous, helpful, friendly, professional and generous. They replaced my lost drone (through no fault of mine), and were very helpful regarding other assistance too.
I highly recommend their products, as well as the whole team too. Both make a big difference! Well done HoverAir!

No compréis el dron Hover Air x1 ni mucho menos el seguro total care.No quieren hacerse responsables del fallo de fábrica del dron.Desde que lo saqué de la caja estuve mandando correos a Hoverair support@hoverair explicándoles y mandando pruebas de su mal funcionamiento.Ahora dicen que el dron tiene polvo por dentro y ha sido un mal uso...normal que tenga polvo!si cada vez que intentaba que volará se caía al suelo porque la baliza y el motor no funcionaban correctamente dando fallos de hardware.Dicen que al haber hecho mal uso del dron tengo que pagar la reparación aún teniendo la garantía y por otro lado teniendo el seguro total care que cubre hasta 2 sustituciones gratis del dron.Por supuesto,ya he puesto la pertinente denuncia en consumo y también en redes sociales para que la gente sepa cómo funcionan en esta empresa y el servicio tan nefasto que ofrecen.No compres el dron a menos que quieras soltar dinero cada dos por tres.

Una gran experiencia con el Servicio de Atención al Cliente de HoverAir!
Ya me arreglaron una averia de forma gratuita, pero ademas cuando esa averia se repitió, les solicité un cambio total del aparato y lo aceptaron sin discusiones o inconvenientes.
Ya tengo mi dron nuevo.
Estoy muy satisfecho y recomiendo a esta empresa. Gracias!

Battery swelling issue – disappointing handling of a safety-related defect

I purchased the HoverAir X1 as an early customer and have only used it occasionally (approximately 10 hours per battery).

Despite this very limited usage, two out of three batteries have developed noticeable swelling, which represents a serious safety concern rather than normal wear.

Customer support initially responded quickly and professionally. However, a replacement was ultimately declined, citing warranty limitations and the fact that the product was purchased through a non-authorized sales channel. Instead, I was offered only a 15% discount on a new battery.

In my view, this is not an adequate solution given that:
• usage was minimal
• multiple batteries are affected
• and the issue involves a potential safety risk

The explanation provided (storage conditions and battery aging) does not seem convincing in this context.

I would have expected a more customer-oriented approach, especially as an early customer who trusted the product.

I would still be open to a fair and reasonable solution.

Great Experience from Start to Finish

I’m बेहद happy with both the product and the after-sales service. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the overall experience has been excellent from the very beginning. On top of that, the support team has been attentive, efficient, and quick to respond at all times, which truly makes a difference.

Overall, a very positive experience that I would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I received two separate drones that would not turn on. The first was an X1 Pro from Amazon and the second was an X1 Pro Max purchased directly from HoverAir UK.

The return process was just as frustrating. After submitting a return request, I received no communication and had to chase the company for updates. It took over a week of repeated follow-ups before they finally provided a return label.

One defective product might be understandable, but two in a row suggests serious quality control issues. Combined with the slow and unprofessional handling of the return, this experience has completely put me off buying from HoverAir again.

Exceptional resolution & a must-have setup for creators

As someone who is constantly upgrading my gear and looking for the best tools for travel video content, I was really excited to add the HoverAir X1 PRO along with the Beacon and Joysticks to my kit.
​I did run into a minor hiccup regarding the joystick delivery initially, but I have to say the support team really stepped up. They handled the situation with total professionalism, staying in constant communication until the issue was fully resolved.
​Now that I have the full setup, the manual control with the joysticks feels incredibly precise, it's a game-changer for getting those specific cinematic shots.
I'm already planning my next getaways and can’t wait to push this gear to its limits and capture some high-quality footage.
​Highly recommended for the tech-savvy creator who values both innovative hardware and a support team that actually listens to their customers.

their support attitude was changed completly .

until Just 2days ago, I was so bad feeling sake of their attitude about recall-parts of X1 smart products .

first of all , they refused change it into new one ,but after few days they sent me message as acceptions on recall-parts , I did not know reason why they change mind .
finally they did so qickly moving of support ,it has done of solution all anyway thanks for good support .

Hardware Fault Newly Use

I purchased the Hover PRO and used it fewer than five times before it suddenly stopped working, without any collisions or misuse. The issue was diagnosed as a hardware fault (sensor failure), and I was asked to send the device back for repair.
Unfortunately, the repair timeline meant it could not be fixed in time for my once-in-a-lifetime trip (my honeymoon), so I lost the opportunity to capture the footage I had planned. This resulted in a waste of both time and money.

Customer support refused to offer any compensation or refund and only provided a free repair, which is merely the basic obligation under warranty. Overall, the reliability and after-sales support were deeply disappointing.
