Absolutely worst website and biggest liars, the website showed " next day free delivery " and after almost 2 weeks of waiting still nothing.

Dont recommend and i advice anyone to never ever use this website.

Hi really great price for alight up and jazzy scooter but I defo think the age range is wrong my daughter is 5 and it’s not going to last a year so highly recommend for a toddler as it’s sturdy and cute x

When we opened the box the main screw to assemble the kart was missing. This meant that our grandson did not receive his Christmas present. I phoned the number given on the website when we discovered the problem on the 24/12/25 and left a message requesting a call back but have had no response. Called again still waiting for a response. Very unimpressed so far. Sadly could not recommend this company.

Easy to order and came the next day. My 5 year old is ASD and needed a scooter that he felt safe on.
There was not much assembly involved which great.

Wanted to buy an electric mountain bike a couple of days before xmas tried a few websites but could only deliver after xmas.
ordered one at hoverboard pro before 2pm on the 18th dec and it arrived free the next day spot on for xmas really good e bike for £499 and great customer service...👌

SCAM! Website looks legitimate and you will even get an invoice, but product never shipped, no answer to emails and the phone number routes to somebody else. Avoid at all costs.

I am writing this review to warn others of my dissatisfaction with this seller. I purchased an eBike on the 27/04/2025 via their website. It was the Eleglide eBike... do not be tempted by the ssle price! I received the bike a day later than the originally promised delivery date (not too much of an issue). Upon inspection, I found the eBike to be non-functional: the motor failed to engage through either the pedal assist or the throttle function. I carefully followed all instructions provided and confirmed that the issue was not due to user error or damage during transit.
In response to my complaint, the seller sent me individual parts and expected me to carry out the repairs myself. I wish to emphasize that I did not purchase a repair kit or a DIY project. As I am not a qualified technician, I should not be responsible for dismantling or repairing a product that arrived faulty.
Furthermore, I was advised to seek repairs from local bike shops. Unfortunately, all shops I visited declined to service the motor, as they only handle Shimano or Bosch motors. A professional technician I consulted expressed surprise at the repair demands, stating that fixing the motor would require rebuilding the entire rear wheel rim—a complex task needing specialized tools. Moreover, I was advised by the seller not to take the bike to a bike shop with the throttle attached. I later learnt that this was due to throttles being illegal in the UK for eBikes! I was shocked that this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase.
The bike was defective upon delivery and remains unusable as an eBike, which caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. Moreover, I had been unable to enjoy cycling during the prime summer months due to this problem.
After going back and forth many times, I was instructed to repack the bike in its original packaging for return. Despite this, the agreed collection date was missed by the company, adding to my frustration. Then I was sent a Yodel returns label but the problem I had was that no shop within a few miles radius of me would accept the return, as the parcel was too large!
Given the circumstances and the prolonged nature of the matter, I had lost all confidence in both the product and service. I formally requested a full refund, as I no longer wanted to risk further complications or delays. However, the seller stopped responding to my messages. I'm now stuck with a faulty bike that's sitting fully boxed up in my front room.
Bottom line is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The seller is just a middle man who imports from China. If the product works then fine but if it doesn't, then you have major problems! The company sets up a warehouse in the UK somewhere but then closes it down, they seem to keep relocating...very dodgy! To avoid disappointment, pay extra and purchase a better product from a reputable company!

I recently ordered from Hoverboardpro (hoverboardpro.co.uk) and had a decent experience overall. The delivery was prompt, though the kart attachment arrived a day later than the board. Initially, there were a couple of minor issues with the product and communication about resolving these problems could have been quicker. However, the company eventually addressed the concerns, repaired the faulty item, and returned it promptly. The hoverboard itself runs well, though some minor improvements in design could enhance the safety and durability. Despite some hiccups, I'd still recommend Hoverboardpro for their effort to resolve issues and provide fun products for the kids. 4 stars.

Easy to deal with had a couple of problems which was sorted out.product ordered Monday afternoon product here Tuesday afternoon.

Avoid avoid avoid I’ve never gone through something like this at all! Ordered a hover board for my daughter for Christmas received tracking etc and got delivered part of my order and not the rest rang dpd and they said the seller hadn’t sent anything else so got in touch with this company all I got was shouting on the phone I asked not to be shouted or spoken to in that matter as all I’m asking is where is it I was spoken to horrendously and they tried to pass the blame onto dpd then was told to wait a couple hours for a phone call to not receive a phone call and round 6hrs had gone by, my calls were rejected I then had to email to be fobbed off again! I was utterly shocked at the professionalism and utterly disgusted at the way they treat their customers with hostility I will not be using them again! Any future buyers I would avoid at all costs!

0 stars if I could this is a scammer reading through other reviews in regards to lying about DPD etc I’ve had the exact same experience so glad I paid through PayPal so I’m covered for a refund

Bought five days ago with next day delivery. Utterly appalling. Lied multiple times about "DPD have it and lost but i don't have the tracking" / "it's stuck in customs". Phone number eventually got through and he had a mega confused story on what was going on.
I eventually claimed through Paypal for a refund. I suspect a dropshipper masquerading as something else. Dreadful.

Start to finish absolute nightmare.

Dropshipper, site address is a house in Manchester, doesn't have stock, orders from other company's.

Ordered an item, didn't receive an invoice, chased for two days so I cancelled the item, i received the invoice at 1:49 in the morning on the third day.

Contacted the person again to make sure it was cancelled and asked when I'd get my refund, I was told 3-5 days.

On the 4th day I received an email from DPD telling me my parcel is on its way, contacted this person again asking why and to cancel the delivery, I was told not to accept the parcel which I couldn't as I wasn't going to be home, it was delivered to a neighbour.

Contacted the person again asking where to return this to as it had come from a company in London, I had to pay to return it back to this other company.

I checked trustpilot before buying from this site but there is a company, real one, shop etc with the same name apart from a hyphen between hoverboard and pro (hoverboard-pro) with good review, so went and bought the item, scrolled the the reviews later in the week and seen a review about another hoverboardpro site, checked the reviews realised I bought from this site, checked the reviews from the person I bought if from and bad reviews from this year, alot of bad reviews.

Paid through PayPal so went through the resolution centre to get my refund, by the looks of some reviews if I hadn't went through PayPal I doubt I would have got my money back.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Bought a replacement battery which didn't fit. Returned the item and not received a refund even though the explained they would.
