Bit early to give honest opinion yet. Maybe when the rest of my order turns up, I may give more stars. Disappointed my package was not chased up so I could have the one I ordered.

Really easy to deal with, came quickly product seems great. Customer service responded fast and professionally when I had a slight issue and had to contact them via messenger.

It's pure scam. Fake not working devices they sell. No contact after. Now I'm going to use my bank to try my money back and notify other services about! Stay away from!

I bought it without reading reviews- my fault.. Now I am with faulty board- opened tried and tried to charge- never charged and company is not available via phone, stopped responding to messenger messages after I reported problem... Avoid at all cost. Go to reputable company.... Their return policy? No details on how to return goods.

when looking for the e scooter i wanted the so many web site that had good prices but when i came across hooverboard pro bye advert i was happy to see a awesome price that was so much cheaper than the other company. At first i was bit worried because when i placed my order they took the money i didn't get confirm email for about week so i was a little bit concerned if they was a true business. But part from that i got my e scooter the day before the original date and day so Im very happy with this company.

E scooter came re boxed by dpd ad it had been opened not damaged opened amd the scooter has been used the lcd display was in bits which i fixed myself and thr spare wheel doesnt even match so went online dnd spoke to a very very rude assistant

The Hoverboard worked straight out of the box and my nine year old daughter has been on it every day!

The level of service from these guys were second to none. They communicated with me from start to finish. I cannot recommend these enough. A+++++++

Item was faulty when it arrived. These things happen. After care/ customer service is shockingly slow. Item returned 3 weeks ago and they have not got back to me with a solution. I would not use this company again

I bought a Hoverboard as a present for my sone in Xmas 21.
When opened on christimas day it didn't work. Battery constantly beeping.I emailed the company who told me that the battery was the problem and sent me a free new battery.
It worked for a while OK.
In August, the battery started constantly beeping. I emailed the company who told me it was my fault that hadn't charged the battery frequently enough.
I bought a new battery in Sept, as it was past the company's 6 month battery warranty.
The company reccomendation was to keep the battery plugged in at all times unless using.
It lasted for 4 weeks and despite being constantly charged in the plug, the battery didn't work.
I've bought a new hoverboard for my son for this Xmas from another company and my wife felt I should add a review to stop others buying this product.
Waste of money.

I purchased the hover board Samsung battery and I’m very happy it works in my old hover board so thank you, also customer service was really good with me when I queried where it was after it didn’t turn up on the day it said, it was quickly sorted and received the next day :-)

Used damaged and now blocked from website.
I have purchased a hoverboard which arrived with damage to the wheels and the box was all damaged
I have attempted to use the link they sent in one of the emails to contact them which shows they have blocked my IP address and I tride to go onto the Web page but I can't access the site.
Real scam alert for everyone.
They have sent a low grade Chinese hoverboard for top price and blocking users as soon as they can.
