Still waiting for my returns slip, and hoover board doesn’t even work now. Please avoid this company.

You haven’t even been in contact with me and now had to buy 2 new boards from a quality company, not like yourself.

Bluetooth voice is a little comical and too loud but endearing

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a hoverboard along with Hermes 3days service to total of £209 on 9th October. 16days later and I have not received the order and no one answers the phone when I call the number listed on the website. The only correspondence I have had is via messenger and it has done nothing to reassure me. I would never order from this website again.

Great scooters!! so far I bought 5 from them for family and friends, never had a complain. I bought the 45KM range ones and they are great, the charge last really long.

Well this company started off great, good communications until they had our money. Now the board developed a fault within a short space of time, still half decent customer service as sent a return label after making contact with them a couple of times to get a reply. Now they have the board, I waited for over 3 weeks nothing. I messaged twice and finally got a reply. The excuses have started, first it was chemical damage, the water damage, then saying the board is ok. Now wanting £50 to fix it. So the warranty, there is no warranty. Avoid this company at all costs! Still in dispute with them.

I brought a Hoover board for my child’s birthday with in a month it broke
I have been nothing but disappointed with the service I have received trying to get it fixed…
After 3-4 weeks off complaining they eventually took it back
I have only received my board today and it was not been packaged with care
It also had a piece broken on the board
But yet they are still blaming me for this ….
Do not use this company they are rude and not very professional

Purchased the Hoverboard and kart package for daughters birthday, the one I selected and paid for was out of stock (in stock when purchased) so 2 alternatives were offered at a slightly higher price which was taken off when I explained I had a budget and felt it was unfair to show an item in stock to then ask for more money. Was very happy how they dealt with the situation, hoverboard arrived within 2 days.
The hoverboard has been great fun and when there was a fault (which can happen with anything!) I emailed them and they was very quick to respond to advise on how to rectify the issue which worked. I would recommend this company as they have been very helpful and would purchase again through them. 😊

Had I problem with my son hoverboard which was quickly resolved and now fully working again.

Very disappointed I’ve been trying to call them for over a week now to arrange for them to come and pick up the damaged electric scooter which is also not working. I have phoned time and time again and no one picks up the phone no one replies to emails and still no reply on messenger

AVOID this disgraceful company. I ordered 2 hoverboards for my girls Christmas and one of them broke 6 months after use. Tried to fob me off with it being the battery at fault which it turned out not to be. It states 12 months full warranty on there website. However they tried to tell me that the battery only comes with 6 months warranty which there is no mention of on the website. I ended up having to fork out for a new motherboard, circuit board and the repair myself. Sent them the photos of the problem via email and Facebook messenger. They seen the message and just ignored me!! Disgraceful customer service!! Unfortunately had to give one star to be able to write the review, in my opinion they don't even deserve that one star!

Led light not working, battery shows its full all the time... will only give 2 stars as havent received any led lights as promised and no response to the battery issue.
Issues like this should be solved very quick to get a good review. Bought the hoverboard June 2nd ... and its the 22nd today.
