I cannot praise these guys enough. I spoke briefly with James and then Claire. Both were able to help and satisfy my queries (even at 10pm!) with prompt, clear responses.
Order now placed and looking forward to seeing the look on our girls faces. Hopefully the delivery and products live up to the service received so far!

Just done a live chat with Clair, who answered any questions and was able to help with my order.
Didn’t think i would of got a response being 10pm, but within seconds she was on the case.

I received amazing customer service by the very knowledgeable Claire this afternoon. We are looking to purchase a board and cart bundle for our children 10,7 and 5.Claire was able to answer all my questions and based on information I provided to her regarding ages and weights was able to identify suitable products for us to purchase. I have to commend the company on an excellent chat now service with brilliant staff. Will be placing an order!

Great communication and quick and easy service

I bought a Graffiti Drifter over the phone literally days before my daughters 13th and it arrived promptly (actually a day early) so all good there. Advice and customer service excellent. The hoverboard is impressive! but after 3 hours recommended charge it only ran for 5 mins so customer services instructed us to send it back FOC and within 5 days we got it back. WOW what fun!! Totally awesome board - so much fun we havent even attached the cart yet! Thank you :) Worth every penny.

We bought the rose gold, Bluetooth enabled hoverboard and go kart.
Excellent service, product was delivered exactly when we were told (it was a preorder)
The product it self has been excellent. Great charge and doesn’t take too long to fully charge either.

Incredibly impressed with this Company’s service.

The board colour I ordered was out of stock but they called rather than make me wait and miss my kid’s birthday. Very reassuring to receive a call at 17:15 so I could consider a similar colour. They despatched it same evening to arrive the next day.

Bought a Vanguard board which was on back-order but delivered before the due date. Unfortunately it developed a fault so customer services arranged a return (at no cost to myself). The board was repaired and sent back to me within 3 days and is now working as it should. So top marks for product and customer care!

Very good service ordered the wrong product and they refunded me straight away. Great service. Will definitely repurchase.

Satisfaction is often based on delivering within the expected but it becomes even greater when a customer service team is doing their outmost to rectify and adapt to situations. Laura and Dani have shined by their customer service skills to deliver such despite a slight bump in the road and I am very grateful. The result: a delivery on time for the birthday of my son and a father becoming an ambassador for the brand to which I will have no hesitation to recommend to all who are keen to purchase a hoverboard product. A very happy customer.

My daughter was delighted with her hoverkart even though different coloured seat arrived . Customer service is fantastic who offered to resend seat that had been ordered or a refund the difference. Any queries were answered immediately . 10 /10.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this site. I rang them and spoke to a really good bloke, who answered all my questions thoroughly. I ordered and it arrived the next day! Good quality product 👍🏼
