Easy process to order online, pay and collect. Quick responses to my questions via email and the hoverboard was a hit with my daughter.

The box was delivered agter school hours and says what it is and what color. My son found it when he returned home from school. This is stupid thing to do and you should wrap your parcels so xmas and birthdays arent revealed

Bought this for my daughters birthday. She loved it until it stopped charging on the second day.

So far I’ve managed to return it but now after they have had it for a week still haven’t heard too much feedback. To summarize I’d say decent product but crap service. If yours works - perfect, but chances are if you need customer service or support then you are probably limited to no really support.

They also don’t appear to understand the product. They ask for random videos but don’t seem to be able to troubleshoot at all.

I never received it. I rang the courier company but they said they left it next to my mailbox which is on the street…..

I bought one a couple weeks ago and it was fine at first and then it started to neel forwards so how can I refund it.

I purchased the off road NS8 hoverboard a little while ago but only got to ride it once and it broke while I used it. I tried to contact your team to see if I could return it or get a new one under warranty but whoever I was speaking to was no help at all. They questioned me on how it broke and if I could send them photos of the hoverboard and I did. But after I replied they would ask the same question another 3 times, we weren’t getting anywhere.
I am very disappointed with the customer service from this company and the hoverboard as it is not what it makes out to be on the website.

The hoverboard skins that I ordered were terrible. They didn’t fit the hoverboards and just kept coming off. I would not recommend these to anyone.
