I ordered two of the off-road hoverboards, once the order was placed I received great communication and the hoverboards were delivered within a few days. They are an extremely high quality item, they work fantastic and I am very pleased with this product.

This item wasn't delivered to my house.After minimal contact and no care at all or help as to calling tnt.i done all of it myself and located the package at another place 2 kilometres away.the address was wrote very poorly on the package so I'm not suprised it went where it did! But no help at all accept we are looking at this for you we haven't had a response from the courier.when all it took was a phone call and i was told where it was.in other words this company don't care what happens once have your money!.if I could rate this rude company a minus there wouldn't be enough numbers!!

The hoverboards are great and I can’t fault the product , but it’s the amazing after sale service that keeps me coming back time and time again

This company was extremely professional in all aspects. Prior to purchase, I had asked a question regarding delivery to Tasmania and was answered promptly. I thought I would get in early with my Christmas shopping expecting lengthy delays due to Covid Lockdown's and living in a regional area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fast shipping was and the quick response I received after the colour I had ordered was no longer available. Looking forward to Christmas Day when my Miss 8 can enjoy this awesome product.

Customer service has been awesome. But product quality is deplorable. 2 brand new hoverboards. One stoped working within 2 days. We sent it back. They sent a new one. Wouldn’t work straight out of the box after a charge.

Fantastic gift for my 11 yr old only thing I would probably include is a set of training covers with the board(obviously this would increase price) but after 2 days hers was al scratched up. Her fault but definitely would have used covers if they came with it. Other than that is so much fun

Although package was lost in transit it was a quick email and a new hoverboard was sent out within 24hrs. Really care about your customers. Thankyou.
