Howz is a brilliant product. It is very easy to install oneself and the app is excellent. It gives me peace of mind about my elderly mother. And the customer service is superb, I wish other organisations were as responsive

Howz is excellent. The service and the app have worked pretty much flawlessly since I installed it to keep an eye on my 95 year old mother. It’s a very reassuring system to have monitoring her movements.

I installed the system over 12 months ago and have had no issues with it, with the support service or the company. We have a hub, front & back door sensors, two plug sensors (kettle & microwave) and a hallway infrared sensor. We have not yet had to replace any batteries in these sensors.

We've had Howz for our Mum for 2 years and it has been absolutely amazing in terms of effectiveness and reassurance.
We just had a little technical blip and the customer support in resolving it has also been superb.
This is giving Mum the independence she needs when she is extremely loathe to lose what she has.

I have been a user of Howz for about three years and have found it a really good system, that I was able to set up myself. The app gives you remotely, the basic information you need to see any changes in lifestyle, that might indicate when help is needed. After contacting them recently I was shown how the app was even better than I thought!

So far so good after the initial problem while setting it up, which was due to Howz.

I feel much happier now that I know my family are aware of my movements

it just gives you that peace of mind all is ok at a touch of a button.

Howz is an excellent system allowing you to keep a close eye on your elderly relatives without being intrusive.

We’ve been using this product for about 6 months and it’s excellent, we can see that our parent is ok and moving about / brewing up / going out. It is easy to set up and I can throughly recommend and the company is so helpful.

The pilot that we have been involved in has been a great way, particularly for my brother to keep tabs on my mother. I live nearby and so am able to check in but he lives a long way away and just likes to check all is well.
We have had some funny conversations with mum about her movements, which has also helped frame conversations about how she is feeling and about her living alone.
I think the smart plug on the kettle is a particularly clever way of checking all is ok.
