Jane came to see my Wife who had dementia and built up a great relationship with each other which was so great that i could go out without having to worry about her. She completely understood how my Wife was feeling so pleased with choosing her to be with her

Jane has been looking after my wife for some six months now. In that time I have come to value her presence more and more as her knowledge and experience seem to exceed, by a long way, that of other carers.
My wife has Dementia in addition to other problems that cause distress on a regular basis. All the other carers who have visited over the past year have been welcome in my house and I will be glad to see them again but I regard Jane as the one in whom I place the most trust.
Each time Jane visits we talk about the current state of my wife including details of medication changes and any hospital/surgery visits. Her knowledge of medication, hospital procedures and possible changes in treatment is extremely good. Some two months ago, after my wife had just been put on Donepezil for the first time, Jane's immediate response was, ''is she on 5 or 10mg?'', followed by an explanation of what might happen in the coming weeks. She was totally correct.
Her nursing background shows in all she says and does. There is a calm, friendly and unflustered response at all times which has put me and, more importantly, my wife in a relaxed state of mind when she visits. When I leave the house I am confident that my wife will be well looked after whether they have just a cup of tea or a stroll in the garden, and that when I return I will not have extra problems to deal with. She is no longer regarded as ''just a babysitter'' by my wife but as a good friend coming to visit.
I have no hesitation in recommending her service to others and I wish that all carers came up to her nursing standards. I hope that, as time progresses, I can involve her more and more in my wife's care.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Had my wedding day and we needed some support with my mother due to her Alzheimer’s. Jane was the most professional and lovely woman and went above and beyond to ensure that we could relax and enjoy our big day. I don’t know how I would have managed without her by mums side. More importantly, mum felt so comfortable and at ease with Jane which was a huge factor for us. Thank you so much xx

Jane came to look after me while my usual carer was on holiday.
I found her very caring and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.
She was always on time and never rushed off.
She was very interesting and pleasant to talk to.
She was very kind and caring, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. I would have Jane come and support me again.

Jane started supporting me shortly after my wife passed away.
She is a wonderful companion, attentive and concerned, who keeps me safe and well at all times. She is very kind, caring, considerate, and conscientious.

Jane supported my mother for three years after my father died, helping her through the grieving process and getting her back on her feet. She helped her with any practical or medical problems and made it possible for my mother to live as full and happy a life as possible.

Jane was both incredibly professional and deeply caring. A cheery companion and a helping hand when needed. She made a huge difference to my mother's quality of life, and quite frankly, I don't know what we would have done without her.

Jane went above and beyond in medical emergencies, and made sure Mum got the care she needed when she needed it. She was there when it mattered.

I cannot recommend Jane highly enough, and would wish everyone could have a friend, companion, and carer like her.

Jane has been caring for my cousin, who has Dementia, for nearly 2 years now. I can honestly say she has been an absolute Godsend. She is so kind, caring, patient reliable and yet professional. She really has made a world of difference to my cousin’s happiness and wellbeing. Nothing is too much trouble.
Recently my cousin was invited to her oldest friends Granddaughters wedding. We felt it would not be possible for her to attend because of her Dementia.
Jane immediately offered not only take her there, which was a 2 hour journey, but to stay with her for the whole day, and also look after her friend who also has Dementia.
They had such a wonderful day together, but it also allowed the rest of the family to relax and enjoy this very special day, knowing that these dear friends were being cared for by Jane.
I cannot praise her highly enough, as people suffering with Dementia so often miss out on such special occasions.

My daughter got married this summer, and we asked Jane to act as chaperone for the day to my elderly mum and my mum's oldest friend, both of whom have dementia. Jane is already my mum's friend's carer, and I know from first hand that she is brilliant in that role - caring, fun, always willing to go the extra mile, and doing everything to enable her client to enjoy life to the full and be safe.
Jane was brilliant at my daughter's wedding. She collected my mum and her friend from their homes (30miles apart), drove them to the church and then the reception, looked after them all day, danced with my mum and did everything possible to make sure they both had the best time. And from our point of view, having Jane there meant we were all able to relax and enjoy the wedding, knowing that mum was well looked after and she was having a wonderful day.

I was worried about entrusting my Dad’s care with someone but I needn’t have worried with Jane. She is an amazing support to Dad, who has dementia and Alzheimer’s and is an insulin dependent diabetic.
Jane is great company, really upbeat and positive, and she knows how to deal with Dad’s challenges. It is reassuring to us that Dad enjoys her visits and trips. Jane is great at keeping us informed and goes out of her way to help out.
